背景技术
酒甑是一种酿制白酒的装置，但是现在普遍使用的酒甑装置，甑盖密封性差，出料，冷粮操作麻烦，而且热量散失严重，又不能将热量保存，导致热能消耗大，因此，本实用新型重点对甑盖密封性、蒸粮出料、冷粮、锅体吸热进行改进，在锅体内部增加夹层，增大吸热面增设吸热管，充分吸收提供的热能并达到保温效果，该装置能用于煤炭、燃气、薪柴、气化节能炉供热等领域。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种高效、节能的酒甑。
本实用新型的技术方案
本实用新型节能型酒甑，主要是改进酒甑的甑盖与甑体的密封性，甑体增设出料口，夹胆锅增设限位管，特别注重夹胆锅的改进，并在吸热壁上增加吸热管，提高锅体的吸热面积。其结构包括出气口、水槽、甑盖、甑体、夹胆锅、出料口、限位管、排水口、水位显示管、火口，烟道，其特征在于：甑体上端一周和出气口一周设有水槽，出气口安装在甑盖顶端，甑盖安装在甑体上，甑盖利用设在甑体上端一周的水槽盛水作为密封体，甑体下部与夹胆锅连成一体，甑体与夹胆锅连接处设有出料口，夹胆锅上部斜面设有限位管，在夹胆锅外壁底部设有排水口，排水口上安装有水位显示管，火口设在夹胆锅下部，烟道设在夹胆锅中部。
所述夹胆锅由锅体、吸热夹层、吸热壁、吸热管组成，夹胆锅下端呈“n”字母形状，吸热壁上下端分别安装有多根吸热管，吸热管与吸热夹层中有水，并相互连通。
有益效果
与现有技术相比，本实用新型酒甑具有密封性能好，易于操作、简化程序。夹胆锅斜面所设限位管，作用在于锅内盛水限位，同时作为蒸煮粮食后风机送风降温口，取代酿制过程中降温用的凉床，减少操作程序。把夹胆锅设计成“n”字母形状，在吸热壁上设置有吸热管，增加了锅体的吸热面积，在相同的火力下能更多的吸收热量，并迅速的传递到吸热夹层，由于吸热夹层内装有水，能将热量传递给甑体的同时起保温作用，达到节能高效的作用。

参考图1、图2，本实用新型酒甑结构包括甑体4上端一周设有水槽3，在出气口1一周也安装有同样的水槽，出气口1安装在甑盖2顶端，甑盖2安装在甑体4上，甑体4下部与夹胆锅9连成一体，甑体4与夹胆锅9连接处设有出料口5，夹胆锅9上部斜面设有限位管6，在夹胆锅外壁底部设有排水口7，排水口7上安装有水位显示管8，火口10设在夹胆锅9下部，烟道15设在夹胆锅9中部。夹胆锅9由锅体13、吸热夹层14、吸热壁11、吸热管12组成，夹胆锅下端呈“n”字母形状，吸热壁11上下端分别安装有多根吸热管12，吸热管12与吸热夹层14中有水，并相互连通。
