本实用新型涉及一种除尘器,尤其是涉及一种电袋复合式除尘器。其主要是解决现有技术所存在的电除尘器由于除尘效率低,达不到国家对电厂烟气粉尘排放标准等的技术问题。本实用新型包括支架(1),其特征在于所述的支架(1)上设有烟气进风口(2),烟气进风口连接有电除尘部(3)、布袋除尘部(4),布袋除尘部连接有净烟气出口(5),电除尘部、布袋除尘部下部设有灰斗(6)。

技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种除尘器,尤其是涉及一种电袋复合式除尘器。
背景技术
[0002] 随着现代工业的发展,粉尘对环境的污染以及人类的健康造成的影响日益严重,治理粉尘污染,净化人类的生存环境,已成为所有人的共识。为了维护生产环境洁净,必须及时清理被粉尘污染的场所。除尘器能广泛应用于清理抛光机、汽车、摩托车、弹簧行业磨簧机、化工、水泥建材、木材加工、粮食加工、制药、机械加工能行业。但现在的电除尘器由于除尘效率低,达不到国家对电厂烟气粉尘排放标准。
实用新型内容
[0003] 本实用新型是提供一种电袋复合式除尘器,其主要是解决现有技术所存在的电除尘器由于除尘效率低,达不到国家对电厂烟气粉尘排放标准等的技术问题。
[0004] 本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
[0005] 本实用新型的电袋复合式除尘器,包括支架,所述的支架上设有烟气进风口,烟气进风口连接有电除尘部、布袋除尘部,布袋除尘部连接有净烟气出口,电除尘部、布袋除尘部下部设有灰斗。本实用新型是一种前级为电除尘,后级为布袋除尘的除尘方式,粉尘进入电场后,首先将烟气中的大部分粉尘通过电除尘除去后,余下的粉尘荷电后进入袋除尘区,这就为袋除尘创立了一个新的工作条件,即荷电粉尘进入袋除尘区域后,大部分带负电荷的粉尘吸附到滤袋表面时,由于荷电粉尘大部分带负电荷,同性电荷的粉尘相互排斥,从而在滤袋表面形成排列有序,结构疏松的粉尘层。另外在电场中含异性电荷,产生电凝并,由小颗粒凝并成大颗粒,因高压电场的作用,使进入滤袋区的粉尘荷电而形成的粉尘层性质发生了重大的变化,既改变了粉尘粒径尺寸,又改变粉尘堆积状态,与常规袋除尘的滤袋表面不带电荷粒子形成的粉尘层相比,粉尘层的透气性更好,清灰性能也更好,对提高PM2.5微细粒子的捕集效率有明显的作用。电袋复合式除尘器一种电袋复合式除尘器,由电除尘器和布袋除尘器串联组成,各部分组成是:进口烟箱、电除尘阴阳极部分、电除尘与布袋除尘间导流隔板、布袋和骨架、烟气烟道隔板、灰斗、高压电气装置、布袋清灰系统、烟气出口 ;其特征是电除尘与布袋除尘间的导流隔板起到导流和均布气流的作用;在所述的烟气烟道隔板中设有烟气切换阀,该切换阀与烟道内的温度检测元件相配合,能够在烟气温度过高时,自动将烟气排入烟囱,防止烧袋和糊袋的情况发生;由布袋和骨架组成的除尘室的下部和上部均设有提升阀,能实现离线清灰和在线检修的功能。
[0006] 本实用新型的过滤机理:进入电袋复合式除尘器袋区的烟尘,大多是荷电粉尘,荷电粉尘在滤袋上尘积,并形成有序排列、且呈“蓬松”堆积的粉尘层,提高了粉尘层的透气性,降低了过滤阻力。由于同性荷电粉尘的排斥作用,使粉尘层疏松易于清灰;也由于荷电粉尘同性排斥,强化了袋区的气溶胶效应,使滤袋区粉尘浓度分布均匀;由于静电凝聚,能使小粉尘颗粒聚集为大颗粒,从而减少了烟气中的PM2.5粉尘的数量,有利于人体的身体健康。
[0007] 作为优选,所述的电除尘部采用一短电场,电场由电晕极系统和除尘极系统组成,两个系统均带有清灰装置,并配以高压电源。在第一个除尘区采用一短电场(两级电场),电场由电晕极系统和除尘极系统组成,两个系统均带有清灰装置,并配以高压电源。含尘烟气从图二的左端引入,经进气箱(箱内带气流分布板)均匀地进入第一除尘区。烟气中的粉尘在电场中荷电并在电场力作用下大部分沉积在阳机板上(约70%-90%),使烟气中的含尘浓度大大降低。
[0008] 作为优选,所述的布袋除尘部包括有滤袋,滤袋上部连接有脉冲喷吹管,脉冲喷吹管连接电磁脉冲阀、提升阀。
[0009] 因此,本实用新型适用高比阻粉尘收集,除尘效率具有高效性和稳定性电袋除尘器的效率不受高比阻细微粉尘影响,不受煤种、烟灰特性影响,排放浓度容易实现在50mg/Nm3以下,且长期稳定。运行阻力比纯布袋除尘器低500Pa,可以减少引风机功率消耗,运行阻力比纯布袋除尘器低500Pa,每10000m3/h风量引风机功率可减少1.74KW。清灰周期长、气源能耗小:由于滤袋收集的粉尘量少,阻力上升缓慢,其清灰周期时间是纯布袋除尘器的2倍以上,压缩空气消耗量不到纯布袋的1/2。延长滤袋使用寿命:运行阻力低、滤袋的负荷差压小延长了滤袋使用寿命。清灰周期长、清灰次数少延长了滤袋使用寿命,在相同运行条件下电袋的使用寿命比纯布袋除尘器的寿命延长2〜3年。运行维护费用低:适量提高过滤风速可减少滤袋、阀件等数量以降低设备成本及费用,运行能耗低和滤袋使用寿命长降低了运行及维护成本。

[0015] 实施例:本例的电袋复合式除尘器,如图1、图2、图3,包括支架1,支架上设有烟气进风口 2,烟气进风口连接有电除尘部3、布袋除尘部4,布袋除尘部连接有净烟气出口 5,电除尘部、布袋除尘部下部设有灰斗6。电除尘部采用一短电场,电场由电晕极系统和除尘极系统组成,两个系统均带有清灰装置,并配以高压电源7。布袋除尘部包括有滤袋8,滤袋上部连接有脉冲喷吹管9,脉冲喷吹管连接电磁脉冲阀10、提升阀11。
[0016] 电袋复合式除尘器并不是电除尘器和布袋除尘器的简单组合叠加,实际上他们攻克了很多难题才使这两种不同原理的除尘技术“喜结连理”。首先就要解决在同一台除尘器内同时满足电除尘和布袋除尘工作条件的问题;其次,如何实现两种除尘方式连接后袋除尘区各个滤袋流量和粉尘浓度均布,提高布袋过滤风速,并且有效降低电袋复合式除尘器系统阻力。在收尘机理上,他们通过荷电粉尘使布袋的过滤特性发生变化,产生新的过滤机理,利用荷电粉尘的气溶胶效应,提高滤袋过滤效率,保护滤袋;在除尘器内部结构采用气流均布装置和降低整体设备阻力损失的气路系统;开发出零泄漏旁路技术、超大规模脉冲喷吹技术和电袋自动控制检测故障识别及安全保障系统等等。
[0017] 新型电袋复合型除尘器是通过静电除尘与布袋除尘有机复合的新型的高效除尘器。它改善了进入袋区的烟尘工况条件,具有除尘效率稳定高效、适应能力强、滤袋阻力低、使用寿命长、运行维护费用低等优点。
[0018] 对于原先采用电除尘器除尘的老电厂,需除尘达标(含尘浓度≤30mg/N )则保留原电除尘器一、二级电场;将三、四级电场改为布袋除尘器意义非常大,市场相当大。
[0019] 本实用新型在多个火电厂中实施将原电除尘器改为电袋组合除尘器取得成功,运行平稳,不但排放烟尘达到国家排放标准≤30mg/N 。而且运行三年以上,布袋尚未更换。
[0020] 以上所述仅为本实用新型的具体实施例,但本实用新型的结构特征并不局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员在本实用新型的领域内,所作的变化或修饰皆涵盖在本实用新型的专利范围之中。
Claims (3)
1.一种电袋复合式除尘器,包括支架(1),其特征在于所述的支架(I)上设有烟气进风口(2),烟气进风口连接有电除尘部(3)、布袋除尘部(4),布袋除尘部连接有净烟气出口(5),电除尘部、布袋除尘部下部设有灰斗(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电袋复合式除尘器,其特征在于所述的电除尘部(3)采用一短电场,电场由电晕极系统和除尘极系统组成,两个系统均带有清灰装置,并配以高压电源(7)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电袋复合式除尘器,其特征在于所述的布袋除尘部(4)包括有滤袋(8),滤袋上部连接有脉冲喷吹管(9),脉冲喷吹管连接电磁脉冲阀(10)、提升阀(11)。
