本实用新型涉及新型自动止液式输液器,属于医疗器械技术领域。本实用新型的特点是亲水基质边沿被牢固的压在滴斗盖与滴管之间,亲水基质上、下部分形成空腔,滴斗盖、滴管和滴斗经超声波焊接或粘合牢固且密封,亲水基质的平均孔径或间隙宽度不超过50μm。正常输液过程中,亲水基质空腔的上下部分被液体浸泡,液体顺利通过,当输液瓶内的液体输注完毕,空腔上部基本为气体时,液体在亲水基质表面形成张力,亲水基质所有以下部分液体高度所形成的负压不足以破坏亲水基质表面张力,空气无法继续通过亲水基质,达到输液自动停止的目的。

背景技术
输液器在临床上已被广泛应用,常规输液器在每瓶液体输液结束时,如不及时更换输液瓶或取下输液器,容易带来回血,且气泡容易进入人体,带来安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了新型自动止液式输液器,它具有在输液结束时自动止液而防止回血、避免空气进入人体的特点,且产品结构简单、使用便捷。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:利用亲水基质的表面张力实现止液。亲水基质边沿被牢固的压在滴斗盖与滴管之间,亲水基质上、下部分形成空腔,滴斗盖、滴管和滴斗经超声波焊接或粘合牢固且密封,亲水基质的平均孔径或间隙宽度不超过50μm。正常输液过程中,亲水基质空腔的上下部分被液体浸泡,液体顺利通过,当输液瓶内的液体输注完毕,空腔上部基本为气体时,液体在亲水基质表面形成张力,亲水基质所有以下部分液体高度所形成的负压不足以破坏亲水基质表面张力,空气无法继续通过亲水基质,达到输液自动停止的目的。更换输液瓶,挤压滴斗,亲水基质又重新被液体浸泡,输液又正常进行。这种新型自动止液式输液器达到了在每瓶液体输液完成时减少回血且避免气泡进入人体的目的。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图说明本实用新型的实施情况:
亲水基质(2)边沿被牢固的压在滴斗盖(1)与滴管(3)之间,亲水基质(2)上、下部分形成空腔(4),滴斗盖(1)、滴管(3)和滴斗(5)经超声波焊接或粘合牢固且密封,亲水基质(2)的平均孔径或间隙宽度不超过50μm。正常输液过程中,亲水基质(2)空腔(4)的上下部分被液体浸泡,液体顺利通过,当输液瓶内的液体输注完毕,空腔(4)上部基本为气体时,液体在亲水基质(2)表面形成张力,亲水基质(2)所有以下部分液体高度所形成的负压不足以破坏亲水基质(2)的表面张力,空气无法继续通过亲水基质(2),达到输液自动停止的目的。更换输液瓶,挤压滴斗(5),亲水基质(2)又重新被液体浸泡,输液又正常进行。这种新型自动止液式输液器达到了在每瓶液体输液完成时减少回血且避免气泡进入人体的目的。

1.新型自动止液式输液器,其特征在于亲水基质(2)边沿被牢固的压在滴斗盖(1)与滴管(3)之间,亲水基质(2)上、下部分形成空腔(4),滴斗盖(1)、滴管(3)和滴斗(5)经超声波焊接或粘合牢固且密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型自动止液式输液器,其特征是:亲水基质(2)的平均孔径或间隙宽度不超过50μm。
