[0029] 如图1所示,本实用新型的转炉煤气干法除尘粗灰气力输送系统包括高效余热回收换热器1、水平链式输送机2、卸灰主管3和气动三通分料器5、第一卸灰支管8、第二卸灰支管13、第一仓泵11、第二仓泵16、气力输送管24、粗灰仓25。
[0030] 高效余热回收换热器I侧面设有高效换热管,水平链式输送机2水平设置在所述高效余热回收换热器I下方。第一仓泵11和第二仓泵16安装在水平链式输送机2的下方,的卸灰口和气动三通分料器5入口通过卸灰主管3连接,卸灰主管3上设有气动插板阀4。[0031] 第一仓泵11通过第一卸灰支管8与气动三通分料器5连接,第一卸灰支管8上设有第二手动插板阀9和第一气动双闸板阀10。第二手动插板阀9和第一气动双闸板阀10开启时,气动三通分料器5内的粗灰通过第一卸灰支管8进入第一仓泵11内。第一仓泵11上设有第一真空压力释放阀12,可防止第一仓泵11内部压强过大。
[0032] 第二仓泵16通过第二卸灰支管13与气动三通分料器5连接,第二卸灰支管13上设有第三手动插板阀14和第二气动双闸板阀15。第三手动插板阀14和第二气动双闸板阀15开启时,气动三通分料器5内的粗灰通过第二卸灰支管13进入第二仓泵16内。第二仓泵16上设有第二真空压力释放阀17,可防止第二仓泵16内部压强过大。
[0033] 气力输送管24与储气罐19连接,储气罐19的入口与第一氮气管18连接,第一氮气管18的入口和氮气总管相连,第一仓泵11、第二仓泵16和粗灰仓25通过气力输送管24相连。第一仓泵11底部设有第一流化装置,第一仓泵11与储气罐19之间设有第一气动球阀20,第一仓泵11与气力输送管24之间设有第三气动双闸板阀21。第二仓泵16底部设有第二流化装置,第二仓泵16与储气罐19之间设有第二气动球阀22,第二仓泵16与气力输送管24之间设有第四气动双闸板阀23。储气罐19出口的氮气管分为两路,一路与第一流化装置及气力输送管24连接,另一路与第二流化装置及气力输送管24连接。
[0034] 粗灰仓25顶部设有仓顶布袋除尘器26和第三真空压力释放阀27。仓顶布袋除尘器26用于收集粗灰仓25顶部的灰尘。第三真空压力释放阀27用于防止粗灰仓25内部压强过大。粗灰仓25下锥斗内设有第三流化装置35,粗灰仓25下锥斗的卸灰口和第四手动插板阀28入口相连,第四手动插板阀28出口和星型卸灰阀29入口相连。
[0035] 氮气总管还与第二氮气管32入口相连,第二氮气管32出口分为两路,一路与第三流化装置35连接,另一路与仓顶布袋除尘器26连接。

[0039] 含尘荒煤气通过高效余热回收换热器I时,25%〜35%( 一般为30%)的粗颗粒粉尘在重力及离心力的作用下被捕集,落入水平链式输送机(2);粗颗粒粉尘温度为200〜3000C ( 一般为250°C );粗颗粒粉尘堆积密度1.8〜2.6t/m3 ;粗颗粒粉尘含水率为O。
[0040] 水平链式输送机2和转炉工艺连锁,在冶炼期间周期性的运行。粗灰经水平链式输送机2卸灰口、卸灰主管3、气动插板阀4、气动三通分料器5、第一卸灰支管8、第二手动插板阀9和第一气动双闸板阀10进入第一仓泵11,第一仓泵11料满后,经第一流化装置流化后通过气力输送管24送至粗灰仓25。第一仓泵11内也可以设置料位计,通过料位计检测第一仓泵11内的粗灰量。第一仓泵11料满后,气动三通分料器5切换至第二卸灰支管13,粗灰经第三手动插板阀14和第二气动双闸板阀15进入第二仓泵16。第一仓泵11和第二仓泵16可交替工作,并互为备用,其中一个损坏时,整个系统仍然可以正常的工作,保证了输送系统的稳定性,提高了粗灰的输送能力。
[0041] 打开电磁阀34时,第三流化装置35喷低压氮气,可以降低粗灰仓25内粗灰的温度,也可以流化粗灰,便于卸灰。仓顶布袋除尘器26收集到的粗灰通过第二氮气管32输送至粗灰仓25底部,保证粗灰仓25内的粗灰可以快速充分的卸料,减少残留。通过调压阀33可以调节氮气的通入量。卸灰采用真空吸排罐车的方式,卸灰时无粉尘外溢,更环保。
[0042] 进一步的,水平链式输送机2上设有第一事故卸灰主管6,第一事故卸灰主管6上设有第一手动插板阀7。检修时,粗灰从第一事故卸灰主管6排出。
[0043] 进一步的,第一仓泵11和和第二仓泵16底部也可以设置排水管,用于排出仓泵内的积水。
[0044] 进一步的,粗灰仓25下锥斗上设有第二事故卸灰主管30,第二事故卸灰主管30上设有第五手动插板阀31。粗灰仓25检修时,粗灰经粗灰仓25下锥斗事故卸灰口、第二事故卸灰主管30和第五手动插板阀31排出。
[0045] 进一步的,第一仓泵11和第二仓泵16材质为16MnR或Q235B或球墨铸铁或不锈钢。第一仓泵11和第二仓泵16容量:1.0~IOm3 ;第一仓泵11和第二仓泵16数量> I个,可多个组合使用。气力输送管24采用含锰无缝钢管,弯头、三通内衬耐磨陶瓷材料,管道弯曲半径> 10倍管道直径,管道具有防堵功能。
[0046] 第一仓泵11或第二仓泵16采用间断输送的方式,每输送一次粗灰,即为一个循环过程,每个循环分为步,以第一仓泵11输送为例:
[0047] 1、进料:第二手动插板阀9常开,第一气动双闸板阀10呈开启状态,第一气动球阀20和第三气动双闸板阀21关闭,粗灰在重力作用下进入第一仓泵11,当第一仓泵11自带的料位计检测到料满后,发出信号并通过PLC程序控制,自动关闭第一气动双闸板阀10,进料过程结束。
[0048] 2、流化:第一气动球阀20开启,氮气从储气罐19进入第一仓泵11内的第一流化装置,第一仓泵11内的粗灰充分流化,压力不断升高,当压力升至设定工作压力时,通过PLC程序控制,自动打开第一仓泵11侧部出料口处的第三气动双闸板阀21,流化过程结束,进入输送过程。
[0049] 3、输送:第三气动双闸板阀21打开后,流化均匀的气灰混合物通过气力输送管24送至粗灰仓25,此时第一仓泵11内的压力保持稳定;当第一仓泵11内的气灰混合物输送完后,气力输送管24的阻力下降,气力输送管24的压力开始降低,当降低至设定的下限压力时,则输送过程结束,进入吹扫过程,此时第一气动球阀20和第三气动双闸板阀21仍然保持在开启状态。
[0050] 4、吹扫:氮气继续吹扫第一仓泵11和气力输送管24,此时第一仓泵11内无飞灰,气力输送管24内的气灰混合物逐渐减少,最后几乎全部是氮气,系统阻力继续下降并稳定一段时间后,吹扫过程结束,关闭第一气动球阀20和第三气动双闸板阀21,然后打开第一气动双闸板阀10,第一仓泵11恢复进料状态。至此,包括4步的一个输送循环结束,重新开始下一个循环。
[0051] 本实用新型转炉煤气干法除尘粗灰气力输送系统中的转炉定义为:脱碳转炉或脱磷转炉或熔岩均化炉或不锈钢转炉。本实用新型的气力输送系统适用于80t-300t转炉一次烟气干法除尘粗灰的输送。其输送距离约300m,爬升高度约30m。其输送介质采用低压氮气,氮气压力≥0.6MPa。

1.一种转炉煤气干法除尘粗灰气力输送系统,其特征在于,包括高效余热回收换热器(I)、水平链式输送机(2)、卸灰主管(3)、气动三通分料器(5)、第一卸灰支管(8)、第二卸灰支管(13)、第一仓泵(11)、第二仓泵(16)、气力输送管(24)和粗灰仓(25); 所述高效余热回收换热器(I)侧面设有高效换热管,所述水平链式输送机(2)水平设置在所述高效余热回收换热器(I)下方; 所述第一仓泵(11)和第二仓泵(16 )安装在所述水平链式输送机(2 )的下方,所述水平链式输送机(2)的卸灰口和气动三通分料器(5)入口通过所述卸灰主管(3)连接,所述卸灰主管(3)上设有气动插板阀(4); 所述第一仓泵(11)通过所述第一卸灰支管(8)与所述气动三通分料器(5)连接,所述第一卸灰支管(8)上设有第二手动插板阀(9)和第一气动双闸板阀(10),所述第一仓泵(II)上设有第一真空压力释放阀(12); 所述第二仓泵(16 )通过所述第二卸灰支管(13 )与所述气动三通分料器(5 )连接,所述第二卸灰支管(13)上设有第三手动插板阀(14)和第二气动双闸板阀(15),所述第二仓泵(16)上设有第二真空压力释放阀(17); 所述气力输送管(24)与储气罐(19)连接,所述储气罐(19)的入口与第一氮气管(18)连接,所述第一氮气管(18)的入口和氮气总管相连;所述第一仓泵(11 )、第二仓泵(16)和粗灰仓(25)通过气力输送管(24)相连; 所述第一仓泵(11)底部设有第一流化装置,所述第一仓泵(11)与所述储气罐(19)之间设有第一气动球阀(20),所述第一仓泵(11)与所述气力输送管(24)之间设有第三气动双闸板阀(21); 所述第二仓泵(16)底部设有第二流化装置,所述第二仓泵(16)与所述储气罐(19)之间设有第二气动球阀(22),所述第二仓泵(16)与所述气力输送管(24)之间设有第四气动双闸板阀(23); 所述储气罐(19)出口的氮气管分为两路,一路与所述第一流化装置及气力输送管(24)连接,另一路与所述第二流化装置及气力输送管(24)连接; 所述粗灰仓(25)顶部设有仓顶布袋除尘器(26)和第三真空压力释放阀(27),所述粗灰仓(25)下锥斗内设有第三流化装置(35),所述粗灰仓(25)底部的下锥斗的卸灰口和第四手动插板阀(28 )入口相连,所述第四手动插板阀(28 )出口和星型卸灰阀(29 )入口相连; 所述氮气总管还与第二氮气管(32)入口相连,所述第二氮气管(32)出口分为两路,一路与第三流化装置(35)连接,另一路与仓顶布袋除尘器(26)连接; 第二氮气管(32)和第三流化装置(35)之间设调压阀(33)和电磁阀(34)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的转炉煤气干法除尘粗灰气力输送系统,其特征在于,所述水平链式输送机(2)上设有第一事故卸灰主管(6),所述第一事故卸灰主管(6)上设有第一手动插板阀(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的转炉煤气干法除尘粗灰气力输送系统,其特征在于,所述粗灰仓(25)下锥斗上设有第二事故卸灰主管(30),所述第二事故卸灰主管(30)上设有第五手动插板阀(31)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的转炉煤气干法除尘粗灰气力输送系统,其特征在于,所述第一仓泵(11)和第二仓泵(16 )底部设有排水管。
