Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种PCB板加工板，包括托板和固定夹，固定夹通过转轴与托板转动连接，转轴镶嵌在托板表面且与托板平面平行，固定夹绕转轴做180度旋转，托板上设有固定卡扣，固定卡扣与固定夹配合使用将PCB板固定。通过以上设计，可以实现在固定PCB板之后，可以通过旋转转轴方便的对PCB板的正反面实现加工，提高生产效率。

本实用新型涉及PCB 生产设备领域，具体涉及一种PCB板加工板。
背景技术
在电子加工制造行业中，有不同类型的组装工艺流程，针对双面工艺(正、反两面制程)，PCB板的正面和反面都需要焊接零件或进行表面处理。现今的定位装置仅仅能够将PCB板正面后者反面进行定位，在正面生产加工完成以后，再对反面进行生产加工，也就是需要换两次线生产，使得设备运转率低，生产效率低，成本高。同时，成品产出周期长，容易造成基板焊盘点氧化，导致通孔焊盘焊接不良，特别是对OSP工艺的影响。因此，如何更改PCB板的工艺方法，提升生产效率，降低生产成本，在业内也是当务之急。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷，提供一种设计合理、结构简单、且能够大大提高生产效率的PCB板加工板。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是提供了一种PCB板加工板，包括托板和固定夹，固定夹通过转轴与托板转动连接，转轴镶嵌在托板表面且与托板平面平行，托板上设有与固定夹配合使用的固定卡扣。
作为优选地，所述固定夹和固定卡扣为一个或多个。
作为优选地，所述PCB板呈矩形，固定夹与PCB板一边边缘紧密配合，固定卡扣与PCB板两角紧密配合。
本实用新型的优点和有益效果在于：通过以上设计，可以实现在固定PCB板之后，可以通过旋转转轴而方便的对PCB板的正反面实现加工，提高生产效率；将固定夹和固定卡扣为一个或多个，可以加强对PCB板的固定，适应由于板体大小不同带来的差异；所述PCB板呈矩形，固定夹与PCB板一边边缘紧密配合，固定卡扣将对边两角固定，可以将固定点放在PCB板不易加工的位置，方便PCB板的加工。

如图1和图2所示，一种PCB板加工板，包括托板5和固定夹2，固定夹2通过转轴1与托板5转动连接，转轴1镶嵌在托板5表面且与托板5平面平行，固定夹2绕转轴1做180度旋转，托板5上设有固定卡扣3，固定卡扣3与固定夹2配合使用将PCB板4固定。
所述固定夹2和固定卡扣3为一个或多个。
所述PCB板呈矩形，固定夹2与PCB板4一边边缘紧密配合，固定卡扣3将对边两角固定。
如图1、图2及图3所示，在实际的使用过程中，将PCB板4一边边缘夹持在固定夹2上，转动转轴1，使得PCB板4正面朝上，用固定卡扣3将PCB板4对边的两脚固定，此时对PCB板4的正面进行加工；放开固定卡扣3，旋转转轴1一百八十度，将PCB板4反面朝上，用另外两个固定卡扣3将PCB板4对边的两脚固定，然后加工PCB板4的反面进行加工；放开固定夹2和固定卡扣3完操作。

3.如权利要求2所述的一种PCB板加工板，其特征在于：所述PCB板呈矩形，固定夹与PCB板一边边缘紧密配合，固定卡扣与PCB板两角紧密配合。
