一种防水按钮，包括密封按钮开关盒，密封按钮开关盒上开一个按钮孔，按钮孔内安装按钮，所述按钮孔上设有保护环，保护环外侧设有外套环，保护环与外套环之间设有防水膜；所述按钮上设有内层防水套，内层防水套外侧设有活动套环。解决了按钮防水的问题。具有结构简单、密封可靠的特点。

本实用新型涉及一种防水按钮。
背景技术
在实际工作中，作为操作控制的按钮开关时常会在有一些杂质与灰尘或水的环境下工作，这就要求按钮具有防灰、防水的功能。目前具有这种功能的按钮种类繁多，结构各不相同，其不足之处在于，结构复杂，成本高，且不容易更换。
实用新型内容
本实用新型其目的就在于提供一种防水按钮，解决了按钮防水的问题。具有结构简单、密封可靠的特点。
实现上述目的而采取的技术方案，包括密封按钮开关盒，密封按钮开关盒上开一个按钮孔，按钮孔内安装按钮，所述按钮孔上设有保护环，保护环外侧设有外套环，保护环与外套环之间设有防水膜；所述按钮上设有内层防水套，内层防水套外侧设有活动套环。
与现有技术相比本实用新型具有以下优点。
由于采用了内层防水套、活动套环和防水膜的结构设计，防止按钮表面外露的部分被现场的硬物碰破且带电部分与现场的酸或水绝对隔离。因而解决了按钮防水的问题。具有结构简单、密封可靠的特点。

具体实施方式
包括密封按钮开关盒1，密封按钮开关盒1上开一个按钮孔，按钮孔内安装按钮6，如图1、2所示，所述按钮孔上设有保护环7，保护环7外侧设有外套环5，保护环7与外套环5之间设有防水膜3；所述按钮6上设有内层防水套4，内层防水套4外侧设有活动套环2。
实施例
1. 用8mmPP版做一个10mm*10mm*7mm的密封按钮开关盒，10*10的面板上开一个装按钮的按钮孔孔，再在孔的周围用PP材料焊一个厚3mm外直径40mm高13mm的焊接保护环，如附图所示；
2. 用一次性牛皮手套剪去一个手指部分用来包住按钮裸露部分，做为内层防水套；
3. 把包好的按钮装上按钮开关盒；
4. 用PP材料做一个厚5mm内直径40mm高14mm的活动套环，做为按钮表面外露的部分防碰保护；
5. 把一次性牛皮手套剩下的部分剪一个直径60mm的防水膜在装好按钮的开关盒上，用内直径40mm的外套环在焊接保护环上把外层牛皮防水膜膜挤住，做为外层防水保护，这样就实现了防碰撞双层内嵌式防水按钮。
6，把已经制作好的防水按钮外盒的底部（无水面）打一个直径8mm的线孔便于走线安装；
7，把接好线的防水按钮外盒安装固定在操作台上即可。

1.一种防水按钮，包括密封按钮开关盒（1），密封按钮开关盒（1）上开一个按钮孔，按钮孔内安装按钮（6），其特征在于，所述按钮孔上设有保护环（7），保护环（7）外侧设有外套环（5），保护环（7）与外套环（5）之间设有防水膜（3）；所述按钮（6）上设有内层防水套（4），内层防水套（4）外侧设有活动套环（2）。
