化工行业中，在生产过程中会使用到降温冷却设备，但由于使用时间较长，冷却设备的管层上便会形成水垢，影响降温效果，且影响回收物质的质量。

本实用新型的目的就是提供一种纤维素醚生产用冷却设备水垢清理装置，它能有效清理冷却设备管层上的水垢，不影响降温效果，同时提高回收物质的效率。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，一种纤维素醚生产用冷却设备水垢清理装置，具有冷却设备、冷却物进口、冷却物出口、冷却水进口、冷却水出口、冷却管层、放空口、排液口、压缩空气进口管，所述压缩空气进口管固定在排液口上，通过排液口可将空气打入冷却设备中，从而对冷却设备中的冷却管层表面的水垢进行鼓泡吹除。
本实用新型由于设置压缩空气进口管固定在排液口上，通过空气放空管可将压缩空气打入冷却设备中，从而对冷却设备中的冷却管层表面的水垢进行鼓泡吹除，可以有效解决水垢难清理的问题，提高降温效果。

具体实施方式 附图1示出了本实用新型一种纤维素醚生产用冷却设备水垢清理装置的结构示意图，由冷却设备1、冷却物进口2、冷却物出口3、冷却水进口4、冷却水出口5、冷却管层6、放空口7、排液口8、压缩空气进口管9组成，压缩空气进口管9固定在排液口8上，清理冷却设备1中的水垢时，先关闭冷却设备1中的冷却水进口4和冷却水出口5，开启压缩空气进口管9、排液口8和放空口7，通过排液口8将压缩空气打入冷却设备1中，对冷却管层6表面的水垢进行鼓泡吹除，然后关闭压缩空气进口管9和排液口8，开启冷却设备1中的冷却水进口4和冷却水出口5，在冷却水水压的作用下，冲洗冷却设备1中鼓泡的水垢，这样就解决了水垢难清理的问题，同时提高冷却设备1的降温效果。

1.一种纤维素醚生产用冷却设备水垢清理装置，具有冷却设备（1）、冷却物进口（2）、冷却物出口（3）、冷却水进口（4）、冷却水出口（5）、冷却管层（6）、放空口（7）、排液口（8）、压缩空气进口管（9），其特征是所述压缩空气进口管（9）固定在排液口（8）上，通过排液口（8）可将空气打入冷却设备（1）中，从而对冷却设备（1）中的冷却管层（6）表面的水垢进行鼓泡吹除。
