本实用新型涉及一种耐高温水冷闸板阀。
背景技术
在某种特定的高温烟气环境中,用于开启或关闭烟气通道的闸板阀要求全部或局部一直处于高温环境中。现有技术中,采用耐火混凝土浇筑的闸阀如果长期暴露在高温区,容易发生开裂的问题,而采用纯水冷系统的闸板阀在此特定高温环境中无论开闭必须通过冷却水循环才安全,这样又增加了运行成本。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐高温水冷闸板阀,使得闸板阀更加耐用,并且具有较低的运行成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型耐高温水冷闸板阀的技术方案是,所述耐高温水冷闸板阀设置于高温烟道中,所述闸板阀上设置有水冷系统,闸板的末端包裹有隔热层;当闸板阀处于关闭状态时,所述水冷系统接通对闸板阀进行冷却;当闸板阀处于开启状态时,所述闸板末端包裹有隔热层的部分暴露在高温烟道中并阻挡烟气传热。
对本实用新型耐高温水冷闸板阀的进一步改进是,当所述闸板阀处于开启状态时,所述水冷系统停止工作。
本实用新型通过采用上述技术方案,使得闸板阀不易发生开裂,更加耐用,并且在闸板阀处于开启状态时不需要水冷系统的工作,具有较低的运行成本。

具体实施方式
本实用新型公开了一种耐高温水冷闸板阀,结合图1、图2和图3所示,所述耐高温水冷闸板阀设置于高温烟道中,所述闸板阀上设置有水冷系统,闸板的末端包裹有隔热层;当闸板阀处于关闭状态时,所述水冷系统接通对闸板阀进行冷却;当闸板阀处于开启状态时,所述闸板末端包裹有隔热层的部分暴露在高温烟道中并阻挡烟气传热。当所述闸板阀处于开启状态时,所述水冷系统停止工作。
所述水冷系统包括设置在闸板阀内部的S形回路,从所述闸板阀外部链接至所述S形回路的冷却水入水管和冷却水出水管。如图1和图2所示,闸板阀1内,下部板4和上部板5将闸板阀内的空间分隔,使得冷却水从冷却水入水管2流入闸板阀1的内部,经过S形回路后由冷却水出水管8留出,冷却水循环系统内的冷却水的量可以阀10进行调节,闸板阀内部的冷却水可以由放水及吸水管7排出。
闸板阀1底部设置有隔热层3。所述冷却水入水管、冷却水出水管和放水及吸水管在所述闸板阀外部链接有软连接管9。所述软连接管使得水冷系统可以适应所述闸板阀的上下运动。
如图3所示,闸板阀闭合时,冷却水系统进行工作,对闸板阀进行冷却。闸板阀开启时,冷却水停止工作,隔热层将烟道的热量与闸板阀隔开,保护闸板阀不受高温影响。
综上所述,本实用新型通过采用上述技术方案,使得闸板阀不易发生开裂,更加耐用,并且在闸板阀处于开启状态时不需要水冷系统的工作,具有较低的运行成本。

1.一种耐高温水冷闸板阀,设置于高温烟道中,其特征在于,所述闸板阀上设置有水冷系统,闸板的末端包裹有隔热层;当闸板阀处于关闭状态时,所述水冷系统接通对闸板阀进行冷却;当闸板阀处于开启状态时,所述闸板末端包裹有隔热层的部分暴露在高温烟道中并阻挡烟气传热。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温水冷闸板阀,其特征在于,当所述闸板阀处于开启状态时,所述水冷系统停止工作。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温水冷闸板阀,其特征在于,所述水冷系统包括设置在闸板阀内部的S形回路,从所述闸板阀外部连接至所述S形回路的冷却水入水管和冷却水出水管。
4.根据权利要求3所述的耐高温水冷闸板阀,其特征在于,所述冷却水入水管和冷却水出水管在所述闸板阀外部连接有软连接管。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温水冷闸板阀,其特征在于,所述水冷系统还包括调整冷却水水量的放水及吸水管。
6.根据权利要求5所述的耐高温水冷闸板阀,其特征在于,所述放水及吸水管在所述闸板阀外部连接有软连接管。
