一种多功能健身器，包括有底板、左支架、右支架和支撑杆，所述左支架和右支架分别由上支架和下支架两部分组成，所述两个上支架的顶端设有引体向上用的横杆，所述两个上支架通过横杆连接；所述两个上支架之间设有练习球；所述底板的底部设有移动滚轮。
所述支撑杆下端部与底板连接，上端部与横杆连接，所述支撑杆的外侧面设有仰卧起坐轮。
所述上支架上设有上滑轮组，下支架上设有下滑轮组，所述上下滑轮组设有弹性拉绳，所述弹性拉绳的上端部设有拉绳手柄。
所述上支架和下支架的连接处设有纵向布置的软垫，所述上支架和下支架的连接处还设有水平杆，所述水平杆上设有水平软垫，所述水平软垫的前方设有握把。
