4.如权利要求1所述的一种轴承座预成形模具,其特征在于:凹模由大端、小端、内孔、成形内腔和过渡斜面组成,大端设于凹模上侧,小端设于凹模下侧,内孔设于凹模上侧中端,成形内腔设于凹模下侧中端,过渡斜面设于成形内腔下侧。
5.如权利要求1或4所述的一种轴承座预成形模具,其特征在于:过渡斜面与水平面成12°〜15°倾角。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种轴承座预成形模具,其特征在于:凸模包括销孔、成形端和大端,销孔设于凸模上侧中端,成形端设于凸模上侧,大端设于凸模下侧。
