Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种LED射灯,包括驱动盒、驱动电源、散热体、矽胶片、LED模组、透镜和压环;所述驱动盒与散热体相连,驱动盒内安装有所述驱动电源,散热体内安装所述矽胶片,矽胶片上安装所述LED模组且LED模组与驱动电源电连接,LED模组与所述透镜连接,压环与散热体连接并将所述透镜限位于LED模组上;所述散热体侧壁设有散热孔,所述压环向外延伸有边沿,边沿上设有开口,所述压环边沿的开口与散热体侧壁散热孔相通。本实用新型的LED射灯,所述散热体侧壁设有散热孔,所述压环向外延伸有边沿,边沿上设有开口,所述压环边沿的开口与散热体侧壁散热孔相通,这样的通透式设计,有利于空气对流,提高散热体的散热效率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及LED照明领域,尤其涉及一种LED射灯。
背景技术
现有LED射灯包括散热器、LED模组、透镜和压环,压环与散热体连接,压环与散热体之间没有特殊的设计,只是简单的连接,散热体主要靠散热体上的极片来增大散热面积,以达到散热效果,压环对散热基本无影响。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种能够提高散热效率的LED射灯。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型提出的一种解决技术方案为:一种LED射灯,包括驱动盒、驱动电源、散热体、矽胶片、LED模组、透镜和压环;所述驱动盒与散热体相连,驱动盒内安装有所述驱动电源,散热体内安装所述矽胶片,矽胶片上安装所述LED模组且LED模组与驱动电源电连接,LED模组与所述透镜连接,压环与散热体连接并将所述透镜限位于LED模组上;所述散热体侧壁设有散热孔,所述压环向外延伸有边沿,边沿上设有开口,所述压环边沿的开口与散热体侧壁散热孔相通。
其中,所述散热体内一体成型有承载平台,所述矽胶片设置于承载平台上。
其中,所述压环与散热体之间对应设有内螺纹与外螺纹,压环与散热体通过内螺纹、外螺纹相互螺接。
其中,所述压环的边沿表面设有鳍片式结构。
其中,所述散热体外表面上和/或压环外表面上涂有纳米散热层。
本实用新型的有益效果为,区别于现有技术的LED射灯,压环上没有开口的边沿,散热体上的极片与压环之间没有通风通道,本实用新型的LED射灯,所述散热体侧壁设有散热孔,所述压环向外延伸有边沿,边沿上设有开口,所述压环边沿的开口与散热体侧壁散热孔相通,这样的通透式设计,有利于空气 对流,提高散热体的散热效率。

具体实施方式
为详细说明本实用新型的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式并配合附图详予说明。
请参阅图1,本实施方式的一种LED射灯,包括驱动盒1、驱动电源2、散热体3、矽胶片4、LED模组5、透镜7和压环8;所述驱动盒1与散热体3相连,驱动盒1内安装有所述驱动电源2,散热体3内安装所述矽胶片4,矽胶片4上安装所述LED模组5且LED模组5与驱动电源2电连接,矽胶片4与LED模组之间一般使用螺丝6连接,LED模组5与所述透镜7连接,压环8连接在散热体3上将所述透镜7限位于LED模组5上;所述散热体3侧壁设有散热孔31,所述压环8向外延伸有边沿,边沿上设有开口81,所述压环8边沿的开口81与散热体3侧壁散热孔31相通。本实施例中,所述散热体3侧壁设有散热孔31,所述压环8向外延伸有边沿,边沿上设有开口81,所述压环8边沿的开口81与散热体3侧壁散热孔31相通,这样的通透式设计,有利于空气对流,提高散热体的散热效率,本实施例中,压环8上的开口81沿着压环8的轴向平均设置三个,当然也可以设置更多。
本实施例中,所述散热体3内一体成型有承载平台(图中未示出),所述矽胶片4设置于承载平台上。散热体3内一体成型有承载平台,为使用铝材一体压铸成型。散热体3内一体成型有承载平台,使得LED模组产生的热量经由矽胶片直接传导到承载平台上,承载平台直接将热量传递到散热体3上进行散热,不存在热阻,使的该LED射灯散热效果更好,同时免除了承载平台与散热体3的安装工序,提高生产效率。
本实施例中,所述压环8与散热体3之间对应设有内螺纹与外螺纹,压环8与散热体3通过内螺纹、外螺纹相互螺接。压环8和散热体3螺纹连接,使得两者连接紧固且接触紧密,使得散热体3的热量可以快速的传递到压环8上,压环8也起到部分散热的功能,提高LED射灯的整体散热效率,同时散热体带有开口81的边沿,进一步的增大了压环8的散热面积,使之散热效果更佳。在另一实施例中,所述压环8的边沿表面设有鳍片式结构,可以进一步的提高压环8的散热面积,提高LED射灯的散热效率。
本实施例中,所述散热体3外表面上和/或压环8外表面上涂有纳米散热层,可以加快散热,提高LED射灯的散热效率。

Claims (5)
1.一种LED射灯,其特征在于,包括驱动盒、驱动电源、散热体、矽胶片、LED模组、透镜和压环;
所述驱动盒与散热体相连,驱动盒内安装有所述驱动电源,散热体内安装所述矽胶片,矽胶片上安装所述LED模组且LED模组与驱动电源电连接,LED模组与所述透镜连接,压环与散热体连接并将所述透镜限位于LED模组上;所述散热体侧壁设有散热孔,所述压环向外延伸有边沿,边沿上设有开口,所述压环边沿的开口与散热体侧壁散热孔相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED射灯,其特征在于,所述散热体内一体成型有承载平台,所述矽胶片设置于承载平台上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED射灯,其特征在于,所述压环与散热体之间对应设有内螺纹与外螺纹,压环与散热体通过内螺纹、外螺纹相互螺接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LED射灯,其特征在于,所述压环的边沿表面设有鳍片式结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的LED射灯,其特征在于,所述散热体外表面上和/或压环外表面上涂有纳米散热层。
