如附图1所示，本实用新型由架体1、设置在架体1上的四个架杆4、设置在架杆4上的自上而下设置的二个以上的杆体卡环2构成，所述的架杆4的下端设置有卡槽3。使用本实用新型可将杆状电力金具穿入自下而上设置的杆体卡环2并使杆状电力金具下端放置在架杆4下端设置的卡槽3内，这样不但摆放整齐便于管理，而且存放和使用较为方便。本实用新型设置有四个架杆4，这样可用来放置四组电力金具杆体。
