本实用新型涉及一种线束，尤其涉及一种汽车线束。
背景技术
现在汽车线束一般都是采用端子接线端与导线压接，然后再将导线安装到汽车专用的接插件上，这样因为导线与端子接线端压接后的电阻较大，所以在大电流的用电设备上使用时，会造成连接点电压降较大，连接点发热，轻者使用电设备工作不正常，重者会造成自燃等严重后果，并且因为端子接线端与导线连接点并没有很好的保护，所以防水性能较差。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种端子接线端与导线接触可靠、接触电阻较小且防水性能较好的汽车线束。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种汽车线束，包括端子、多根导线以及接插件，所述端子接线端与多根导线一端通过超声波焊接固定连接，所述多根导线另一端与接插件连接，且所述端子接线端与多根导线连接处均包覆有注塑件。
采用以上结构与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有以下优点：将端子接线端与多根导线通过超声波焊接固定，这样端子接线端与多根导线接触可靠且接触电阻较小，在端子接线端与多根导线连接处均包覆有注塑件，这样就可以很好的保护那个连接点，使得整个汽车线束的防水性能较好。
作为优选，所述多根导线外还套设有一个耐高温的热塑管。这样能更好的保护导线，使得整个汽车线束使用寿命更长。
作为优选，所述注塑件为一体成型的注塑件，且所述注塑件包覆所有端子接线端与多根导线的连接处。通过一体成型的注塑件来包覆端子接线端与多根导线的连接处，这样成本较低，且防水效果也较好。

如图所示：一种汽车线束，包括端子1、多根导线2以及接插件3，所述端子1接线端与多根导线2一端通过超声波焊接固定连接，所述多根导线2另一端与接插件3连接，且所述端子1接线端与多根导线2连接处均包覆有注塑件4。所述多根导线为两根导线，分别为棕色导线与红色导线。
所述多根导线2外还套设有一个耐高温的热塑管5。
所述注塑件4为一体成型的注塑件4，且所述注塑件4包覆所有端子1接线端与多根导线2的连接处。

1.一种汽车线束，包括端子（1）、多根导线（2）以及接插件（3），其特征在于：所述端子（1）接线端与多根导线（2）一端通过超声波焊接固定连接，所述多根导线（2）另一端与接插件（3）连接，且所述端子（1）接线端与多根导线（2）连接处均包覆有注塑件（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车线束，其特征在于：所述多根导线（2）外还套设有一个耐高温的热塑管（5）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车线束，其特征在于：所述注塑件（4）为一体成型的注塑件（4），且所述注塑件（4）包覆所有端子（1）接线端与多根导线（2）的连接处。
