Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种可折叠耐水保温纸箱,旨在提供一种轻便、可折叠、可重复使用的纸蜂窝保温包装箱。其由蜂窝耐水保温复合板折叠制成,所述蜂窝耐水保温复合板由外及里依次由铝箔牛皮纸、发泡蜂窝夹芯和淋膜牛皮纸三层材料复合而成,以蜂窝复保温合板为基础生产出具有耐水、保温特性的可折叠耐水保温纸箱。通过保持包装箱内温度,减少运输环境变化对农产品及肉类产品造成的影响,从而达到延长保质时间的目的,本实用新型重量轻、强度高,能有效保抵御运输过程中各种冲击,防止产品损伤,适合用于有低温运输要求水果、蔬菜、肉类包装。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种包装运输纸板箱,尤其涉及一种可折叠耐水保温纸箱。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平不断提高,对物资需求质量也越来越重视,为提高果蔬产品、肉类产品、冷冻产品长时间储存质量,包装企业及物流系统发展出发泡保温箱。发泡保温箱用于运输具有保温需求的产品,极大的提高了产品的保存时间,适合远距离运输。现在市面上所使用的保温包装箱为EPS发泡模具成形,存在以下问题:
EPS发泡模具成形,只能成箱运输,由于运输成本问题,包装箱运距受限市场覆盖小;成箱运输,由于运输成本问题,很难实现重复使用,对资源造成极大浪费;发泡材料强度较低,多次搬运易损坏;发泡材料本身具有的毒性与产品直接接触容易造成成产品(食品)二次污染;EPS发泡材料回收率低不易自然降解,造成白色污染。
实用新型内容
针对上述现有技术,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种轻量、保温、防水、可折叠、可重复使用、易回收环保的可折叠耐水保温纸箱,其旨在解决现有的包装箱只能成箱运输、重复利用率低、承重能力差、包装难度大且不耐水不保温的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种可折叠耐水保温纸箱,其特征在于,其由蜂窝耐水保温复合板折叠制成,所述蜂窝耐水保温复合板由外及里依次由铝箔牛皮纸、发泡蜂窝夹芯和淋膜牛皮纸三层材料复合而成。
所述发泡蜂窝夹芯包括发泡充层和纸蜂窝芯,所述发泡充层位于纸蜂窝芯表层;发泡充层的厚度为2mm~5mm,纸蜂窝芯的厚度为4 mm~10 mm。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:
本实用新型通过保持包装箱内一定的温度,减少运输环境变化对农产品造成的影响;其次包装箱重量轻强度高,能有效保抵御运输过程中的各种冲击,防止产品损伤,更加适合有低温运输要求的肉类包装。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图及具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
如图1和图2所示,一种可折叠耐水保温纸箱,其由蜂窝耐水保温复合板折叠制成,可折叠成长方体或正方体或其它形状的纸箱,长方体型的耐水保温纸箱其规格为(20~80)cm×(15~60)cm×(10~40)cm。耐水保温纸箱的制作过程为:通过对纸蜂窝生产工艺改进,在蜂窝孔内填充发泡材料,使用淋膜纸作为面纸,铝铂牛皮纸为防热辐射层,所述填充发泡主要材料为回收纸纤维,将回收纸纤维增湿至20%-25%的含水率与胶粘剂、润滑剂、发泡剂充分拌匀成浆料,使用连续挤出装置在纸蜂窝拉伸复合段将浆料注入到蜂窝孔内。在蜂窝压合加热段进行微波催化发泡,形成蜂窝复保温合板。
所述填充发泡主要材料为回收纸纤维,配比为纸纤维80-90份、胶粘剂5-30份、催化剂0.01-0.1份、润滑剂0.05-0.5份、发泡剂1-2份。胶粘剂为淀粉胶或三聚氰胺任意一种,催化剂为硼砂、氧化镁,润滑剂为硬脂酸、硬脂酸钙、改性脂肪酸、底分子PE腊中任意一种,发泡剂AC、小苏打、碳铵、尿素、低分子油酸中的任意一种。蜂窝复保温合板芯纸使用瓦楞纸,面纸采用淋膜牛皮纸、里纸使用铝箔牛皮纸,板材成形后具有很好的隔热防水能力。 本发明提供的纸箱设计可按国标进行设计,后加工与瓦楞纸箱生产工艺一至,效率高可实现设备共用。
所述蜂窝耐水保温复合板由外及里依次由铝箔牛皮纸、发泡蜂窝夹芯和淋膜牛皮纸三层材料复合粘合而成。所述发泡蜂窝夹芯包括发泡充层和纸蜂窝芯,所述发泡充层位于纸蜂窝芯表层;发泡充层的厚度为2mm~5mm,纸蜂窝芯的厚度为4 mm~10 mm。由蜂窝耐水保温复合板制成的可折叠耐水保温纸箱以蜂窝复合保温板为基础内外分别设置淋膜牛皮纸和铝箔牛皮纸使其具有耐水、保温的作用。由蜂窝耐水保温复合板制成的可折叠耐水保温纸箱具有以特性:平压强度≧1000Pa; 边压强度≧1200N/M;戳穿强度≧12J;传热系数≦0.5W/m2.k;吸水性≦5g/m2。

1.一种可折叠耐水保温纸箱,其特征在于,其由蜂窝耐水保温复合板折叠制成,所述蜂窝耐水保温复合板由外及里依次由铝箔牛皮纸、发泡蜂窝夹芯和淋膜牛皮纸三层材料复合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可折叠耐水保温纸箱,其特征在于,所述发泡蜂窝夹芯包括发泡充层和纸蜂窝芯,所述发泡充层位于纸蜂窝芯表层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可折叠耐水保温纸箱,其特征在于,发泡充层的厚度为2mm~5mm,纸蜂窝芯的厚度为4 mm~10 mm。
