Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种非标定位治具，所述治具包括本体，所述本体一端设置有头部，所述的头部与本体呈≥90°角设置，所述本体上设置有卡扣，所述卡扣为多个。通过在本体上设置头部和卡扣，能够有效地固定住非标零件的局部难于固定的位置，提高了加工精度，降低了加工损坏率，进而有效地节约了成本。

背景技术
治具是一个木工、铁工、钳工、机械、电控以及其他一些手工艺品的大类工具，主要是作为协助控制位置或动作（或两者）的一种工具。但是目前非标件众多，并没有一款专门针对非标件的局部定位治具。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种针对非标件局部的定位治具，更好的固定零件，提高加工精度，节约劳动成本，减少零件的加工损失。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种非标定位治具，所述治具包括本体，所述本体一端设置有头部。

如图1所示本实用新型一种非标定位治具，治具包括本体101，本体101为长方形结构，本体101一端设置有头部102，头部102与本体101呈≥90°角设置，一般为90°~180°角，其中本体101上还设置有多个卡扣103，一般为2个，具体卡扣103的个数可根据加工需求进行调整。
