[0002] 我国民用炉具行业起步于20世纪70年代,随着社会进步和经济生活条件的改善,民用炉具以其使用方便、卫生、高效、快捷的产品优势,逐步将使用了上千年的堆砌式炉灶取代。民用炉具的炉体是经钢板焊接或生铁铸造,再配以耐火炉瓦、炉箅、吸热水套、炉盖等部件,加以组装、喷涂、装饰而成的,燃烧散煤、型煤、林木枝条、作物秸杆、杂草、牛粪、生物质固体成型燃料等原材料,可向人们提供炊事、采暖、淋雨、生活热水、烘烤等多种生活用能。民用炉具美观、实用、符合现代人居住条件和生活特点,一直是我国广大农村及小城镇居民最为重要的能源转化和供给设备。截止到2012年,全国民用炉具生产企业达1500多家,年销售各种节能炉具2000多万台,总销售额近70亿元。
[0003]自1996年我国制定实施第一项民用炉具国家标准以来,现已制修订和有效实施的民用炉具国家标准有3项,行业标准有6项,地方标准有10项。通过多年来行业技术标准化的推动,产品的上火速度、炊事火力强度、采暖额定供热量、热效率、封火能力、污染物排放、安全要求等性能有了较大提升。随着专业化和自动化加工设备的应用,民用炉具的生产制造工艺也有了明显改进和优化,生产效率得到了提高。随着新农村和小城镇建设步伐的加快,人们对民用炉具的需求正急剧增长,市场前景极为广阔。通过多年来对民用炉具行业的研究分析,现有技术和产品仍存在以下几方面的问题:
[0004] ( I)产品对燃料要求苛刻,不能实现多种燃料通用:由于不同燃料的化学组成存在差异,其燃烧学特性也不相同,也就导致了燃烧器(炉具)的结构设计要因燃料而定,因此,目前市场上的民用炉具都只能适用某一种特定或相似成份的燃料,即:燃煤炉只能烧煤炭,生物质炉只能烧生物质,燃料上不能实现通用;就现有炉具的结构设计而言,如果燃料混用就会出现使用不方便、燃烧效率降低、污染物排放增加、炊事取暖等使用效果不理想等缺陷;
[0005] (2)产品功能单一,难以满足人们现有生活需求:随着人们生活条件的改善,大家对炉具使用功能的要求越来越多,而当前市场上的民用炉具产品具备的功能有:炊事型、采暖型、炊事采暖型三大类,仅有极少数产品具备淋浴热水和烧炕功能,取暖季,人们使用采暖型或炊事采暖型;非取暖季,人们使用炊事型;由于当前炊事采暖型炉具的结构设计,只能在取暖季使用,不能在非取暖季使用;在我国北方地区,这样造成一个家庭必须购置两台炉具,分别在不同季节使用,既繁琐,又增加成本;
[0006] (3)产品结构设计不科学,制造工艺复杂:现有炉具在燃烧二次供氧结构上,通常采用以下设计:一是二次进风孔位置设置在炉口周围或以上部分;二是使用铸铁、钢管等材料制造引风管道和进口孔,现有的结构设计存在制造工艺复杂、成本高、供氧效果差等不足。实用新型内容

[0014] 所述的炉瓦的内侧壁上设有多个炉箅支架,炉箅支架为上下层状分布,每层的炉箅支架为3或4个,所述的炉箅子可在不同高度的炉箅支架上固定。

[0016] 所述的多个二次进风道为两个且在炉瓦侧壁上相对设置。

[0021] (2)通过炉体外壁直接辐射散热,可实现烤火和取暖两项功能,使炉具本身的功能进一步扩展,可以一年四季使用,有效避免了炉体为钢板夹层水套结构的水暖炉非取暖季无法使用的不足,在炉台内壁四周设置钢板夹层水套,以及在烟囱外壁处设置封闭套筒式水套,都是对燃烧余热进行再次吸收利用,不仅实现了水循环取暖、淋浴和生活热水功能,还大大提高了炉具的综合热效率,从而实现了炉具集炊事、采暖、烤火和生活热水等功能于一体;

[0027] 具体实施例,如图1所示,一种多燃料多功能民用炉具,包括炉体1、水暖部件和炉瓦2,水暖部件装配在炉体I上,炉瓦2套装在炉体I内,在炉体I和炉瓦2的侧壁上部还设有相通的加料口 16用来添加燃料,炉瓦2内设置有炉箅子3,炉瓦2的内侧壁上设有多个炉箅支架17,炉箅支架17为上下层状分布,每层的炉箅支架17为3或4个,炉箅子3可在不同高度的炉箅支架17上固定,当燃烧煤炭和型煤(蜂窝煤)时,燃料中固定碳含量达70%以上,燃烧速度慢,燃料在炉膛内的滞留时间长,因此对炉膛空间要求较大,此时可调低炉箅子3,将炉箅子3放置在下层的炉箅支架17上,以增加炉膛深度和扩大炉膛空间,满足煤炭和型煤(蜂窝煤)的燃烧条件;燃用生物质燃料时,燃料中固定碳含量仅为30%以下,其余均为挥发成分,燃料燃烧速度快在炉膛内的滞留时间短,因此对炉膛的空间要求较小,此时可调高炉箅子3,将炉箅子3放置在上层的炉箅支架17上,以降低炉膛深度减小炉膛空间,满足林木枝条、作物秸杆等生物质燃料的燃烧条件,从而实现炉具对多种原料的通用。
[0028] 炉体I的上部设置有炉台,炉台的底部与炉瓦2的顶部相联接且结合处设有炉口4,炉台的上表面设有灶具口 5和烟囱6,炉体I的下部设置有底座7和清灰口 8,还包括设置在炉瓦2外侧壁上的纵向凹槽结构的二次进风道9,二次进风道9与炉体I的内侧壁形成间隙,在炉瓦2的上部还设有多个通孔作为二次进风孔10,在炉体I的下部与二次进风道9相对的位置设置有二次进风口 11,空气可从二次进风口 11进入并沿二次进风道9上升再从二次进风孔10进入炉体内,所述的炉瓦2侧壁上的二次进风道9为一个或多个,所述的多个二次进风道9为两个且在炉瓦2侧壁上相对设置,所述的炉瓦2的上部与炉体I设有收缩的弧形空腔19,所述的二次进风孔10均匀分布在炉瓦2的弧形圆周上,在炉瓦2的外侧壁设置凹槽结构的二次进风道9,二次进风道9与炉体I的内壁形成间隙作为二次供氧进风通道,炉瓦2上部收口处与炉体I内壁也形成了的空腔19,通过二次进风道9实现了气体的连通,在炉瓦2上部收口处设置的一圈二次进风孔10向炉膛内进风供氧,使燃料中的挥发成分再次遇氧充分燃烧。
[0029] 所述的水暖部件包括设置在烟® 6外壁的生活热水来源洗浴水套12和设置在炉台上的采暖热水来源供暖水套13,洗浴水套12和供暖水套13为不相连的分体结构,洗浴水套12和供暖水套13分别设置以避免生活用水和供暖用水造成混淆,所述的洗浴水套12为固定在烟® 6外壁上的封闭套筒式水套,在洗浴水套12的上部设有热水出口 14,热水从此热水出口 14流出以供平时生活洗浴使用,在洗浴水套的下部设有冷水进口 15,冷水从此冷水进口 15注入以补充水量,所述的供暖水套13为固定在炉台内壁的封闭夹层式水套,在供暖水套13的上部设有热水出口 14,热水从此热水出口 14流出以供平时采暖使用,在供暖水套13的下部设有冷水进口 15,冷水从此冷水进口 15注入以补充水量,在供暖水套13中的水添加有防垢剂。
[0030] 使用本炉具时,在灶具口 5处可烧水做饭,由于不在炉体I外周设置夹层水套,炉膛内燃料的燃烧热可通过炉体I外壁直接辐射到室内,实现烤火取暖功能;为避免炉体I产生的高温烫伤人体,在炉体I四周还可设置由金属制成的防烫防护网18 ;在炉台内壁四周设置钢板夹层式水套,可通过安装管路和散热器向其它房间进行热水循环以实现供暖功能;在烟® 6外壁上处设置封闭套筒式水套,可通过管路与保温式水箱连通,实现制备和储存生活及淋浴热水功能,从而使本炉具实现了集炊事、采暖、烤火、淋浴和生活热水等功能于一体。
Claims (10)
1.一种多燃料多功能民用炉具,包括炉体(I)、水暖部件和炉瓦(2),水暖部件装配在炉体(I)上,炉瓦(2)套装在炉体(I)内,炉瓦(2)内设置有炉箅子(3),炉体(I)的上部设置有炉台,炉台的底部与炉瓦(2)的顶部相联接且结合处设有炉口(4),炉台的上表面设有灶具口(5)和烟囱(6),炉体(I)的下部设置有底座(7)和清灰口(8),其特征在于:还包括设置在炉瓦(2)外侧壁上的纵向凹槽结构的二次进风道(9),二次进风道(9)与炉体(I)的内侧壁形成间隙,在炉瓦(2)的上部还设有多个通孔作为二次进风孔(10),在炉体(I)的下部与二次进风道(9)相对的位置设置有二次进风口( 11),空气可从二次进风口( 11)进入并沿二次进风道(9 )上升再从二次进风孔(10 )进入炉体内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多燃料多功能民用炉具,其特征在于:所述的水暖部件包括设置在烟園(6 )外壁的洗浴水套(12 )和设置在炉台上的供暖水套(13 ),洗浴水套(12)和供暖水套(13)分别设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多燃料多功能民用炉具,其特征在于:所述的洗浴水套(12 )为固定在烟園(6 )外壁上的封闭套筒式水套,在洗浴水套(12 )的上部设有热水出口(14),在洗浴水套的下部设有冷水进口( 15 )。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多燃料多功能民用炉具,其特征在于:所述的供暖水套(13)为固定在炉台内壁的封闭夹层式水套,在供暖水套(13)的上部设有热水出口( 14),在供暖水套(13)的下部设有冷水进口(15),在供暖水套(13)中的水添加有防垢剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多燃料多功能民用炉具,其特征在于:在炉体(I)和炉瓦(2)的侧壁上部还设有相通的加料口(16)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种多燃料多功能民用炉具,其特征在于:所述的炉瓦(2)的内侧壁上设有多个炉箅支架(17),炉箅支架(17)为上下层状分布,每层的炉箅支架(17)为3或4个,所述的炉箅子(3)可在不同高度的炉箅支架(17)上固定。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种多燃料多功能民用炉具,其特征在于:所述的炉瓦(2)侧壁上的二次进风道(9)为一个或多个。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种多燃料多功能民用炉具,其特征在于:所述的多个二次进风道(9)为两个且在炉瓦(2)侧壁上相对设置。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种多燃料多功能民用炉具,其特征在于:所述的炉瓦(2)的上部与炉体(I)设有收缩的弧形空腔(19),所述的二次进风孔(10)均匀分布在炉瓦(2)的弧形圆周上。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种多燃料多功能民用炉具,其特征在于:还包括设置在炉体(I)外壁四周的防护网(18)。
