本发明的目的，是要提供一种弯管式人体左右摆动器，以满足人们的健身需要。结构由支架、轴座、轴头、轴套、竖梁、脚蹬、扶手组成。支架为一段上端弯曲的圆形管道，支架的上端封头成圆弧形，支架的底端和地平垂直固定相连成一体。在支架的上端下方垂直设有轴座，轴座由呈U形的两块板体组成，两块板体对称安装在支架上，轴座和支架固定相连成一体。在轴座上设有轴孔，在轴座内设有轴套，轴套通过轴头插入轴孔固定在轴座上，轴套能够在轴头上灵活转动。在轴套上设有竖梁，竖梁呈垂直状，竖梁和轴套相连成一体。在竖梁的下端设有脚蹬，脚蹬为马镫形，脚蹬的宽度能够容下双脚。在支架的上端设有扶手，扶手用一段圆管做成，扶手和支架垂直相连成一体。
使用时，人体站立，双脚站在脚蹬上，手抓扶手离开地面，两腿用力向外摆动，就能够活动腰部了。

如图1、2所示，一种弯管式人体左右摆动器，结构由支架1、轴座2、轴头3、轴套4、竖梁5、脚蹬6、扶手7组成。支架1为一段上端弯曲的圆形管道，支架1的上端封头成圆弧形，支架1的底端和地平垂直固定相连成一体。在支架1的上端下方垂直设有轴座2，轴座2由呈U形的两块板体组成，两块板体对称安装在支架1上，轴座2和支架1固定相连成一体。在轴座2上设有轴孔，在轴座2内设有轴套4，轴套4通过轴头3插入轴孔固定在轴座2上，轴套4能够在轴头3上灵活转动。在轴套4上设有竖梁5，竖梁5呈垂直状，竖梁5和轴套4相连成一体。在竖梁5的下端设有脚蹬6，脚蹬6为马镫形，脚蹬6的宽度能够容下双脚。在支架1的上端设有扶手7，扶手7用一段圆管做成，扶手7和支架1垂直相连成一体。
