Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种模具用顶起移动装置，包括安装于模具上模座上的顶针，所述的顶针上设有顶针套，在顶针的底部设有弹簧，所述的顶针的头部为圆形；所述的顶针头部安装有滚珠；所述的顶针至少有三个且阵列排列。采用了上述结构之后，由于采用了顶针结构，在需要更换零件的时候，通过顶针将零件顶起，使得零件与零件的面面接触变成面与点接触更加方便推出更换零件。

[0002]目前，在机械加工行业中，模具使用是非常广泛的，模具种类很多，根据加工对象和加工工艺可分为:加工金属的模具以及加工非金属和粉末冶金的模具，根据结构特点，模具又可分为平面的冲裁模和具有空间的型腔模，模具一般为单件，小批生产；然而有许多大型模具里面零件不方便拆卸，由于零件与零件的接触为面与面的接触比较牢固，不容易使需要更换的零件推出，不方便更换零件。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种方便更换并且容易拆卸的模具用顶起移动装置。
[0004] 本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种模具用顶起移动装置，包括安装于模具上模座上的顶针，所述的顶针上设有顶针套，在顶针的底部设有弹簧，所述的顶针的头部为圆形。
[0005] 进一步地，为了方便更换的零件容易从模具中拆卸下来，所述的顶针头部安装有滚珠。
[0006] 进一步地，为了能够保证零件能够平稳顺利的推出模具，所述的顶针至少有三个且阵列排列。

[0008] 本实用新型的有益效果是:采用了上述结构之后，由于采用了顶针结构，在需要更换零件的时候，通过顶针将零件顶起，使得零件与零件的面面接触变成面与点接触更加方便推出更换零件。

[0011] 如图1所示一种模具用顶起移动装置，包括安装于模具上模座上的顶针3，所述的顶针3上设有顶针套2，在顶针3的底部设有弹簧4，所述的顶针3的头部为圆形；所述的顶针3头部安装有滚珠；所述的顶针3至少有三个且阵列排列；所述的顶针3为六个。
[0012] 当模具中的大型不方便更换的零件发生损坏之后，顶针3将模具零件顶起，使面面接触变为面点接触，用手将模具零件推出，由于有顶针3或者滚珠的帮忙能够很容易将模具零件推出，之后将新的零件通过顶针或者滚珠也是很方便的将零件推入，结构简单，方便快捷。

3.根据权利要求1所述的模具用顶起移动装置，其特征是:所述的顶针(3)至少有三个且阵列排列。
4.根据权利要求3所述的模具用顶起移动装置，其特征是:所述的顶针(3)为六个。
