Abstract
一种自动除尘收集机，包括设有集尘内腔的本体，传送装置包括驱动电机和输送带，输送带设于本体上端，其下方为集尘内腔。除尘装置置于输送带上方，包括若干压缩空气喷口。吸尘装置包括除尘机和过滤器，置于所述的除尘装置下方。本实用新型自动除尘收集机，显著降低了对人工的依赖，提高了生产效率，还能够自动的把混入产品中的多余粉末清除干净，并收集起来循环利用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种加工工件除尘装置，尤其涉及一种自动除尘收集机。
背景技术
精密陶瓷、硬质合金和粉末冶金等加工领域中，均需采用干粉压机制取压制产品。在粉末压机压制的过程中，由于模具间隙的增大，加料托板磨损以后等，都会产生大量的未压制的原料粉末，会随着产品一起带到下一个生产过程中去。这样不但会大大的让费原料而且这些粉末和产品如果一起烧结后，粉末会粘在产品表面不易去除。
现在我们一般都是在压制过程中，会用毛刷先把表面的粉末刷掉，再把压制好的产品放置在小盒或小板上，然后用压缩空气把其余的粉末吹在容器内。这样做会加大人工的操作时间，而且在清除产品上的多余粉末时，会污染车间的空气，浪费原材料。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种自动除尘收集机，以克服现有压制过程中人工的操作时间，而且在清除产品上的多余粉末时，会污染车间的空气，浪费原材料。
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下：
一种自动除尘收集机，包括
本体，包括集尘内腔；
传送装置，包括驱动电机和输送带，输送带设于本体上端，其下方为集尘内腔；
除尘装置，置于输送带上方，包括若干压缩空气喷口；
吸尘装置，包括除尘机和过滤器，置于除尘装置下方。
本实用新型自动除尘收集机，显著降低了对人工的依赖，提高了生产效率，还能够自动的把混入产品中的多余粉末清除干净，并收集起来循环利用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型自动除尘收集机， 包括本体1，其设有集尘内腔11。传送装置包括驱动电机21和输送带22，输送带22设于本体1上端，其下方为集尘内腔11。输送带22上方设置除尘装置3，其包括若干压缩空气喷口31。把装有产品的小筛子，及小板放到输送带22上，启动开关，驱动电机21就会带动传送带从一边运送到另一边，同时压缩空气喷口31会以不同的角度对产品进行除尘喷射，再由吸尘装置的吸尘器41把多余的粉末吸到集尘区，空气经过过滤器42排出。

1.一种自动除尘收集机，其特征是包括
本体，包括集尘内腔；
传送装置，包括驱动电机和输送带，所述的输送带设于所述的本体上端，其下方为所述的集尘内腔；
除尘装置，置于所述的输送带上方，包括若干压缩空气喷口；
吸尘装置，包括除尘机和过滤器，置于所述的除尘装置下方。
