发明内容：本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单，医务人员在给病人进行静脉穿刺时无需具有熟练操作技巧即能一次穿刺成功的静脉穿刺固定装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：包括乳胶板，其特征是乳胶板的中段设有静脉固定槽，静脉固定槽前段设有穿针孔，乳胶板的两侧设有转轴，转轴上设有压臂。

具体实施方式：包括乳胶板1，其特征是乳胶板1的中段设有静脉固定槽2，静脉固定槽2前段设有穿针孔3，乳胶板1的两侧设有转轴4，转轴4上设有压臂5。医务人员在给病人进行静脉穿刺时，把要输液的静脉血管固定在静脉固定槽2里，然后用压臂5固定好，穿刺针顺着穿刺孔3进针即可。
