太阳能板（2）镶嵌于扩音器（1）两侧，蓄电池（5）置于扩音器（1）内部，LED灯（3）嵌入扩音器（1）边缘处，LED灯开关（4）置于扩音器（1）外部。太阳能板(2)将太阳能转变为电能储存在蓄电池（5）中，为扩音器（1）及LED灯（3）提供所需电能。
