一种方便幕墙平面调整的石材幕墙

[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种建筑幕墙系统,特别是涉及一种单元式石材幕墙。
背景技术
[0002] 采用石材面板作为幕墙材料构成的幕墙越来越多,一般常用干挂法对石材幕墙进行安装,即先在建筑物外墙设置纵向的龙骨,之后在纵向龙骨上连接横向的角钢作为骨架,在骨架上设置金属挂件,再将石材挂接、固定在金属挂件上,然而在整个石材幕墙的安装过程中,通过骨架和单一的挂架结构很难保证石材幕墙的安装精度,进而也很难保证安装完成后石材幕墙的表面平整度。同时,根据现行规范要求,对于有抗震设防要求的地区,一般的石材幕墙不适用于超过100米高的建筑。
实用新型内容
[0003] 为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种安装更方便且安装精度更高的方便幕墙平面调整的石材幕墙。
[0004] 本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
[0005] 一种方便幕墙平面调整的石材幕墙,包括幕墙面板及设置于幕墙面板内侧的幕墙骨架,幕墙骨架与幕墙面板间设有若干挂件,挂件包括固定安装于幕墙骨架上的固定支撑件及固定安装于幕墙面板上的调整件,穿过调整件的侧面设有嵌入幕墙面板内的背栓。
[0006] 进一步作为本实用新型技术方案的改进,调整件上螺纹连接有一端顶靠在固定支撑件上的调整螺钉。
[0007] 进一步作为本实用新型技术方案的改进,固定支撑件上设有两个开口向上的挂槽,调整件上设有两个可分别嵌入固定支撑件上两个挂槽内的挂钩。
[0008] 进一步作为本实用新型技术方案的改进,幕墙面板的两侧或者上下设有与幕墙面板成角度设置的幕墙挡板,幕墙挡板与幕墙面板的内侧间设有转角连接件,转角连接件的两侧面均设有分别嵌入幕墙挡板和幕墙面板的背栓。
[0009] 进一步作为本实用新型技术方案的改进,幕墙面板的内侧贴覆有网格布。

[0011] 进一步作为本实用新型技术方案的改进,调整螺钉在水平方向上位于固定支撑件上的两个挂槽之间。
[0012] 本实用新型的有益效果:此方便幕墙平面调整的石材幕墙通过安装于幕墙骨架与幕墙面板间的若干挂件对幕墙面板安装完成后的平整度进行调整,使得石材幕墙的安装过程更为方便,且安装完成后的石材幕墙其表面平整度的精度更高,石材面板采用背栓连接,并用网格布在其内侧贴覆,在提高其抗震性能的同时,也确保了其在高层建筑应用的安全性。

具体实施方式
[0018] 参照图1〜图4,本实用新型为一种方便幕墙平面调整的石材幕墙,包括幕墙面板I及设置于幕墙面板I内侧的幕墙骨架2,幕墙骨架2与幕墙面板I间设有若干挂件3,挂件3包括固定安装于幕墙骨架2上的固定支撑件31及固定安装于幕墙面板I上的调整件32,穿过调整件32的侧面设有嵌入幕墙面板I内的背栓4。
[0019] 此方便幕墙平面调整的石材幕墙通过安装于幕墙骨架2与幕墙面板I间的若干挂件3对幕墙面板I安装完成后的平整度进行调整,粗调,并通过挂件上的调整螺钉33进行微调,使得石材幕墙的安装过程更为方便,且安装完成后的石材幕墙其表面平整度的精度更高,石材面板采用背栓连接,并用网格布在其内侧贴覆,在提高其抗震性能的同时,也确保了其在高层建筑应用的安全性。
[0020] 作为本实用新型优选的实施方式,调整件32上螺纹连接有一端顶靠在固定支撑件31上的调整螺钉33。
[0021] 挂件3可对幕墙面板I安装完成后的平整度进行粗调,通过挂件3上的调整螺钉33可对幕墙面板I的平整度进行微调。
[0022] 背栓4的一端嵌入幕墙面板I内,通过旋转背栓4另一端的紧固螺栓,也可对幕墙面板I的平整度进行调节,使得单元式石材幕墙在安装完成后,能达到三维调节的效果。
[0023] 作为本实用新型优选的实施方式,固定支撑件31上设有两个开口向上的挂槽34,调整件32上设有两个可分别嵌入固定支撑件31上两个挂槽34内的挂钩35。
[0024] 作为本实用新型优选的实施方式,调整螺钉33在水平方向上位于固定支撑件31上的两个挂槽34之间。
[0025] 固定支撑件31上的两道挂槽34不在同一高度且不在同一竖直面上,通过旋转调整螺钉33,可分别调节各个挂件3,使得各挂件3上与调整件32相连的幕墙面板I的位置得到调整,从而通过对两个挂件3的调整,可使得幕墙面板I的两侧对齐。
[0026] 作为本实用新型优选的实施方式,幕墙面板I的两侧或者上下设有与幕墙面板I成角度设置的幕墙挡板5,幕墙挡板5与幕墙面板I的内侧间设有转角连接件7,转角连接件7的两侧面均设有分别嵌入幕墙挡板5和幕墙面板I的背栓4。
[0027] 作为本实用新型优选的实施方式,幕墙挡板5的内侧贴覆有网格布8。
[0028] 在石材幕墙的幕墙面板I及幕墙挡板5的内侧贴覆网格布8,经过贴覆网格布8后的石材面板具有更好的强度及耐损性能,在长时间的运输、安装以及使用过程中均不易破碎,可最大程度的阻止石材破损时高空坠落的隐患。
[0029] 在幕墙体系的构造上,本系统采用了在铝合金单元幕墙的框架上安装独立的背栓式单元石材面板的方式,大大增强了幕墙的抗震性能,同时单元体采用工厂化组装方式也确保了其安装精度。在石材面板发生小面积破损时,也可通过拆装破损的单元石材面板,实现面板的独立更换,避免了单元体的整体拆装,减少维修工作量。
[0030] 由于石材幕墙多数的石材单元面板自重较大,且有可能做成大面积单元的可能,在开腔的单元插接立柱中增加了分段式的单元立柱加强插片设计,使得单元板块的力学性能更加优越,同时节约了单元立柱的铝材用量。
[0031] 此石材幕墙的面板后部设置了铝板及保温层,使得石材幕墙同时兼备保温及防潮的功能,在解决了 一般石材幕墙冷凝水渗漏问题的同时,也加强了石材单元的热工性能。
[0032] 此外,通过石材、玻璃单元一体化设计,也能够系统性的解决不同材料交接处的冷桥问题。
[0033] 保温层背衬的防火板,与幕墙的防火隔断相配合,能更加有效的防止火灾情况下的烟火曼延,大幅提闻.墙的耐火性能。
[0034] 当然,本实用新型创造并不局限于上述实施方式,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本实用新型精神的前提下还可作出等同变形或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

1.一种方便幕墙平面调整的石材幕墙,其特征在于:包括幕墙面板(I)及设置于所述幕墙面板(I)内侧的幕墙骨架(2 ),所述幕墙骨架(2 )与幕墙面板(I)间设有若干挂件(3 ),所述挂件(3)包括固定安装于幕墙骨架(2)上的固定支撑件(31)及固定安装于幕墙面板(I)上的调整件(32),穿过所述调整件(32)的侧面设有嵌入幕墙面板(I)内的背栓(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方便幕墙平面调整的石材幕墙,其特征在于:所述调整件(32)上螺纹连接有一端顶靠在固定支撑件(31)上的调整螺钉(33)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方便幕墙平面调整的石材幕墙,其特征在于:所述固定支撑件(31)上设有两个开口向上的挂槽(34),所述调整件(32)上设有两个可分别嵌入固定支撑件(31)上两个挂槽(34)内的挂钩(35)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方便幕墙平面调整的石材幕墙,其特征在于:所述幕墙面板(O的两侧或者上下设有与幕墙面板(I)成角度设置的幕墙挡板(5),所述幕墙挡板(5)与幕墙面板(I)的内侧间设有转角连接件(7),所述转角连接件(7)的两侧面均设有分别嵌入幕墙挡板(5)和幕墙面板(I)的背栓(4)。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的方便幕墙平面调整的石材幕墙,其特征在于:所述幕墙面板(I)的内侧贴覆有网格布(8)。
6.根据权利要求4所述的方便幕墙平面调整的石材幕墙,其特征在于:所述幕墙挡板(5)的内侧贴覆有网格布(8)。
7.根据权利要求3所述的方便幕墙平面调整的石材幕墙,其特征在于:所述调整螺钉(33 )在水平方向上位于固定支撑件(31)上的两个挂槽(34 )之间。
