背景技术
[0002] LED灯作为一种环保节能型光源,代表着照明光源发展的未来方向。与传统光源相比,LED灯具有节能、环保、高效、耐用的特点,同时具有可维修性。但是用LED灯作为照明光源,如果人眼直视LED光源芯片发出的一次光源,由于光源太亮,会有炫光的现象,对人的眼睛非常不利,而且在作为室内照明时,如果光线太亮,不仅会对人的视觉系统造成损伤,而且也浪费能源。另外,现有的LED灯用匀光扩散外罩,一般是通过添加有匀光扩散功能的偏光剂等进行光扩散以达到防眩光的目的,当外罩损坏时,由于其内部有添加剂成份,造成回收困难或是回收成本高的问题。直接废弃,则会污染环境。

[0011] 本实用新型采用上述结构后,通过在LED光源模组外围设置匀光扩散罩,使得LED光源模组发出的一次光源被匀光扩散罩上的四棱锥体不断折射,从而达到匀光及扩散光照范围的效果,并且还可以起到防眩光的目的。同时,为保证光源的有效利用,防止LED灯珠发出的光线相互重叠,LED光源模组的灯珠采用错位排列的方式,从而使得LED灯珠之间的光线相互不干涉,更有效地避免了眩光的发生;进一步地,通过在匀光扩散罩上设置与散热座及透光罩相适应的定位凸条或是在透光罩上设置定位凸板,再结合密封端盖上的定位板,使得匀光扩散罩在灯具内不会出现位移及翻转,安装非常方便快捷。不仅工作效果大大提高,而且可以节省在散热座上开设定位结构的成本,使得生产成本大大降低。

[0019] 参阅图1和图2所示,本实用新型的一种带光学扩散的环保型防眩光LED灯管,包括长条形的散热座1,散热座I由弧形板Ia和设置在弧形板Ia开口部的导热板Ib组成,所述的弧形板Ia与导热板Ib配合呈管状结构,在导热板Ib上沿长度方向设有铝基板2,在铝基板2上分布有LED光源模组3,本实施例中的LED光源模组3由若干排沿铝基板2长度方向设置的灯珠模组组成,所述灯珠模组由间隔均布的LED灯珠组成,相邻两排灯珠模组上的LED灯珠错位设置;这种结构,可以防止相邻的LED灯珠发出的光线相互不干涉,有效避免光线重叠造成高亮区域而出现眩光的情况,使得光线得到有效的利用。所述LED光源模组3连接有LED电源驱动器4,LED电源驱动器4设置在散热座I的管状结构内,在LED光源模组3外围的弧形板Ia上设有透光罩5,具体地,在弧形板Ia沿长度方向的两侧设有定位凹槽,所述的透光罩5沿长度方向的两端设有与定位凹槽相适应的安装凸条,所述的安装凸条插设在定位凹槽内;在透光罩5两端的散热座I上设有密封端盖6,在密封端盖6上设有与外部安装座连接的导电柱,导电柱与LED电源驱动器4电路连接,在透光罩5内侧的散热座I上设置有匀光扩散罩7,所述的匀光扩散罩7设置在LED光源模组3外围;所述的勻光扩散罩7通过散热座1、透光罩5和密封端盖6配合固定。
[0020] 具体地,本实施例中的匀光扩散罩7由透明基板7a、分布在透明基板7a板面的四棱锥体7b以及沿长度方向设置在透明基板7a两端的定位凸条7c组成,在本实施例中,四棱锥体7b分布在透明基板7a的两侧板面上;在散热座I沿长度方向的两端设有支撑凸台lc,所述定位凸条7c的下端与支撑凸台Ic相接触,所述定位凸条7c的外侧面为与透光罩5内壁相适应的弧形面,这种结构可以防止匀光扩散罩7翻转。
[0021] 进一步地,在密封端盖6内侧沿周向设有定位板6a,所述密封端盖6通过螺丝固定在散热座I上,所述两个密封端盖6上的定位板6a之间的间距与匀光扩散罩7的长度相适应,这样即可防止匀光扩散罩7沿长度方向移动,从而达到固定匀光扩散罩7的目的。

[0026] 参阅图4所示,本实用新型的一种带光学扩散的环保型防眩光LED灯管,其结构与实施例2基本相同,不同之处在于,所述四棱锥体7b分布在透明基板7a与透光罩5相对的板面上。同时,勻光扩散罩7的固定方式发生变化,具体为:在透光罩5内壁两侧沿长度方向设有与匀光扩散罩7相适应的定位凸板5a。其所达到的固定效果,与上述两个实施例相同。且均需要与密封盖板6上的定位板6a相配合。
[0027] 并且,根据具体照明的需要,还可以是采用多层匀光扩散罩7配合使用。例如两块匀光扩散罩7重叠,以提高匀光效果。本实用新型的匀光扩散罩7是采用天然原料制成,不需要添加任何的偏光剂等化学原料,使用非常环保,损坏后,可以直接回收再加工利用。
Claims (7)
1.一种带光学扩散的环保型防眩光LED灯管,包括长条形的散热座(I),在散热座(I)上沿长度方向设有铝基板(2),在铝基板(2)上分布有LED光源模组(3),所述LED光源模组(3)连接有LED电源驱动器(4),在LED光源模组(3)外围的散热座(I)上设有透光罩(5),在透光罩(5)两端的散热座(I)上设有密封端盖(6),其特征在于,所述透光罩(5)内侧的散热座(I)上设置有勻光扩散罩(7),所述的勻光扩散罩(7)设置在LED光源模组(3)外围;所述的勻光扩散罩(7)通过散热座(I)、透光罩(5)和密封端盖(6)配合固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带光学扩散的环保型防眩光LED灯管,其特征在于,所述的散热座(I)由弧形板(Ia)和设置在弧形板(Ia)开口部的导热板(Ib)组成,所述的弧形板(Ia)与导热板(Ib)配合呈管状结构,所述的LED电源驱动器(4)设置在该管状结构内;在弧形板(Ia)沿长度方向的两侧设有定位凹槽,所述的透光罩(5)沿长度方向的两端设有与定位凹槽相适应的安装凸条,所述的安装凸条插设在定位凹槽内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带光学扩散的环保型防眩光LED灯管,其特征在于,所述的透光罩(5)内壁两侧沿长度方向设有与勻光扩散罩(7)相适应的定位凸板(5a)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带光学扩散的环保型防眩光LED灯管,其特征在于,所述的匀光扩散罩(7)由透明基板(7a)、分布在透明基板(7a)板面的四棱锥体(7b)以及沿长度方向设置在透明基板(7a)两端的定位凸条(7c)组成;所述定位凸条(7c)的下端与散热座(I)相接触,所述定位凸条(7c)的外侧面为与透光罩(5)内壁相适应的弧形面。
5.根据权利要求4所述的带光学扩散的环保型防眩光LED灯管,其特征在于,所述的散热座(I)沿长度方向的两端设有与定位凸条(7c)相适应的支撑凸台(lc)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的带光学扩散的环保型防眩光LED灯管,其特征在于,所述的LED光源模组(3)由若干排沿铝基板(2)长度方向设置的灯珠模组组成,所述灯珠模组由间隔均布的LED灯珠组成,相邻两排灯珠模组上的LED灯珠错位设置。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一所述的带光学扩散的环保型防眩光LED灯管,其特征在于,所述的密封端盖(6)内侧沿周向设有定位板(6a),所述密封端盖(6)通过螺丝固定在散热座(I)上,所述两个密封端盖(6)上的定位板(6a)之间的间距与匀光扩散罩(7)的长度相适应。
