[0003] 根据煤粒径的不同可以将煤分为粉煤(<6mm)、粒煤(6-20mm)和块煤(>20mm),目前国内外对煤的热解装置进行了广泛的研究,其中工业应用的主要为针对块煤热解的内热式直立方形炉,主要用于生产兰炭,存在生产规模小、工艺技术落后、设备简陋等问题,且由于热解热载体为高温烟气,因此热解产生的荒煤气中N2含量高、煤气热值低、品质差,无法直接利用,主要通过燃烧排放,造成资源浪费且污染环境。同时,目前国内单套热解系统只能对单一煤粒径煤种进行加工,煤炭资源在同一系统内不能得到全面、综合利用。此外,由于现代机械开采得到的粉煤较多,约占80%,粉煤热解产物粉焦的利用也成为粉煤热解的一大问题。

[0032] 本实用新型将原煤筛选后,分别送入粉煤热解炉,粒煤热解炉和块煤热解炉同时进行热解,实现同时处理全粒径范围的所有煤种的目的;同时,将粉煤热解产物粉焦部分送入粉焦气化炉气化生成气化气,气化气作为热解热载体再次送入热解炉中,解决了部分粉焦的利用问题,而且以气化气作为热解热载体,产生煤气无N2等废气混入,煤气品质好,可以作为产品进一步利用,实现了能量优化,提高了产品质量。

[0037] (4)本实用新型以粉焦气化气作为煤热解的热载体,气化气中N2等无效气体含量少,同时其中H2,CH4等气体有效促进了煤热解过程,提高了热解油、气产率和产品品质,解决了部分粉焦利用问题。
[0038] (5)本实用新型以气化气为热解热载体,产生的热解气品质好可以直接加工利用,此外,热解水可回收利用用于气化炉备煤或灰渣处理,系统基本实现了废气、废水的零排放,节能环保。

Claims (4)
1.一种原煤多粒径分级热解气化一体化系统,其特征在于:包括煤炭洗选筛分装置(I ),煤炭洗选筛分装置(I)分别与粉煤热解炉(2)、粒煤热解炉(3)和块煤热解炉(4)连接,粉煤热解炉(2)、粒煤热解炉(3)和块煤热解炉(4)的气体出口分别连接有气固分离系统。
2.根据权利要求1所述的原煤多粒径分级热解气化一体化系统,其特征在于:所述粉煤热解炉(2)的固体出口分为两路,一路作为粉焦出口,另一路与粉焦气化炉(5)入口相连通;粉焦气化炉(5)气体出口分为两路,一路作为气化气出口,另一路分别与粉煤热解炉(2)、粒煤热解炉(3)和块煤热解炉(4)的热载体气体入口相连通。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的原煤多粒径分级热解气化一体化系统,其特征在于:所述气固分离系统包括分别与粉煤热解炉(2)、粒煤热解炉(3)和块煤热解炉(4)的气体出口连接的第一气固分离装置(7)、第二气固分离装置(8)和第三气固分离装置(9),第一气固分离装置(7)、第二气固分离装置(8)和第三气固分离装置(9)的气体出口与气体冷却器(10)连接,气体冷却器(10)的液体出口连接有油水分离器(11)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的原煤多粒径分级热解气化一体化系统,其特征在于:所述粉焦气化炉(5)的气化气出口连接有气体洗涤净化装置(6)。
