Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种平板玻璃吊具，包括有吊梁，吊梁内两侧分别镂空形成吊窗，每侧吊窗中分别挂置有吊带，吊带通过螺栓固定在吊窗中。本实用新型可根据需要调整两侧吊带间距，能够运输不同宽度的平板玻璃。

背景技术
浮法玻璃生产是现代玻璃加工行业常用的加工方法，其是将高温液态玻璃通过锡槽中，利用锡液表面承载高温液态玻璃并进行冷却，最后进行后续加工得到成品玻璃，尤其适用于制造平板玻璃。浮法加工成型后的平板玻璃置于吊具上进行吊挂运输，现有技术吊具由吊梁和挂在吊梁两侧的竖向吊带构成，吊带为固定在吊梁上的，吊带间距不可调，无法运输不同宽度的平板玻璃。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种平板玻璃吊具，以解决现有技术平板玻璃吊具不能运输不同宽度的平板玻璃的问题。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案为：
一种平板玻璃吊具，包括有吊梁，其特征在于：吊梁内两侧分别镂空形成吊窗，每侧吊窗底部向吊梁中分别设置有多道螺纹通孔，每侧吊窗中分别挂置有环形吊带，且吊带上端通过螺栓固定在对应侧吊窗其中一个螺纹通孔处，且螺栓上端被螺母固定在吊窗底部，螺栓下端被螺母固定在吊梁底部。
所述的一种平板玻璃吊具，其特征在于：所述吊窗与吊梁底部间距大于吊窗与吊梁顶部间距。
本实用新型在吊梁内镂空设置吊窗，降低了吊梁的重量，利用螺栓将吊带固定在吊窗内，可根据需要调整两侧吊带间距，能够运输不同宽度的平板玻璃。

如图1所示。一种平板玻璃吊具，包括有吊梁1，吊梁1内两侧分别镂空形成吊窗2，每侧吊窗2底部向吊梁1中分别设置有多道螺纹通孔3，每侧吊窗2中分别挂置有环形吊带4，且吊带4上端通过螺栓5固定在对应侧吊窗2其中一个螺纹通孔处，且螺栓5上端被螺母6固定在吊窗2底部，螺栓5下端被螺母7固定在吊梁1底部。吊窗2与吊梁1底部间距大于吊窗2与吊梁1顶部间距。

1.一种平板玻璃吊具，包括有吊梁，其特征在于：吊梁内两侧分别镂空形成吊窗，每侧吊窗底部向吊梁中分别设置有多道螺纹通孔，每侧吊窗中分别挂置有环形吊带，且吊带上端通过螺栓固定在对应侧吊窗其中一个螺纹通孔处，且螺栓上端被螺母固定在吊窗底部，螺栓下端被螺母固定在吊梁底部。
