本实用新型涉及一种包装加工装置，特别是涉及一种铰链支撑杆。
背景技术
普通支撑杆不可转向，所以护栏的轨迹和间距不能调节，生产一种规格的瓶型没有影响，但生产多种瓶型时需要调节护栏间距，适应不同规格和大小的瓶型。特别是瓶型规格差距太大时，单列弯道瓶输送带上运行的瓶子会因为速度太快，护栏间距太大，而护栏失去对瓶子运行平稳的保护而倒瓶。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服倒瓶现象的发生，提高生产效率。
解决上述问题的技术方案为：
铰链支撑杆，包括：支撑杆、支撑杆连接块、销轴、护栏、固定架，所述支撑杆连接块通过所述销轴与所述支撑杆相连接，所述支撑杆连接块与所述护栏相连接，所述支撑杆固定在所述固定架上。
所述销轴为六角螺栓。
所述支撑杆在水平方向的转动角度为180°。
本实用新型的优点在于单列弯道瓶输送带上运行的瓶子会因为速度太快，护栏间距太大，而护栏失去对瓶子运行平稳的保护而倒瓶，通过设置铰链支撑杆杜绝了此类现象的发生，提高了输瓶设备的运输能力，提高了生产效率。

参见图1所示，本实用新型提供的铰链支撑杆，包括：支撑杆1、支撑杆连接块2、销轴3、护栏4、固定架5，支撑杆连接块2通过销轴3与支撑杆1相连接，支撑杆连接块2与护栏4相连接，支撑杆1固定在固定架5上。
支撑杆1在水平方向的转动角度为180°。
在本实施例中支撑杆连接块2与支撑杆1通过M8*16外六角螺栓当做销轴3固定，两者之间有180度的转向。支撑杆连接块2与护栏4连接，支撑杆1固定在固定架5上。圆弧护栏4在不同半径上的弧长不同，通过铰链支撑杆角度的微调改变支撑杆1的支点间距来实现护栏4之间间距的调节。
综上，本实用新型的优点在于单列弯道瓶输送带上运行的瓶子会因为速度太快，护栏间距太大，而护栏失去对瓶子运行平稳的保护而倒瓶，通过设置铰链支撑杆杜绝了此类现象的发生，提高了输瓶设备的运输能力，提高了生产效率。
