本实用新型公开一种智能报警安全锁芯的异物插入检测机构,包括有设置于钥匙孔附近锁芯体外侧壁上的检测异物插入的传感器,连接线和电源,锁芯体内与传感器对应的磁性体,其特征在于,所述的传感器为至少一个磁传感器,所述的磁性体与磁传感器数目相等,安装于锁芯体内、磁传感器的对应位置上,所述的连接线及所述的磁传感器均设于一柔性电路板上,该柔性电路板的一端与一配套的具有接收、处理和发送所述的磁传感器发送的信号的智能控制板相连接,该智能控制板与一适配的智能控制中心保持信号联络。本实用新型结构简单、制作安装方便、稳定性好,灵敏度高。
Description
一种智能报警安全锁芯的异物插入检测机构
技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及锁具领域,是一种智能报警安全锁芯的零部件,具体地说是一种智能报警安全锁芯的异物插入检测机构。
背景技术
[0002] 现今国际上流行的非法开锁方法很多:撞匙(英语为Bump Lock)开锁、钻头开锁、拔拉锁芯开锁、撬锁工具开锁等。而防非法开锁技术也随着出现了很多种:防撬锁芯、防钻锁芯、防拔锁芯、防摔锁芯、防撞匙锁芯等。但总感到锁芯还有应改进的地方,那就是主动的防御:具有报警功能锁芯。开发一种有报警功能的锁芯,在锁芯有限空间中安设一个理想的报警装置,便成为人们所期盼的和专业技术人员所面临的问题。
[0003] 专利申请号为201020210285.9名称为“带霍尔传感器的物联网报警安全锁芯”新技术“公开一种带霍尔传感器的物联网报警安全锁芯。该锁芯包括锁芯内芯,锁芯体,锁芯内芯和锁芯体中相通地设置着的数列成排的弹子孔,锁芯内芯弹子孔中的下弹子,锁芯体弹子孔顶部的封门弹子,封门弹子下的弹簧,上弹子,开启锁舌的拨动件,钥匙孔;其特征是,所述的锁芯带包括有至少一个霍尔传感器的物联网报警安全装置,该装置的霍尔传感器设置在带磁性的上弹子或带磁性的下弹子或设于上弹子上方或下方的作为上弹子一部分的磁性体的侧上方的锁芯体的内腔中;所述拨动件与锁芯体之间设有一个拨动件向左或向右转动的开锁及反锁检测机构,该检测机构也设有霍尔传感器。”该锁芯使用寿命长、精度高和稳定性好,具有报警防盗的积极作用。但有一些缺陷:如,该装置的霍尔传感器设置在带磁性的上弹子或带磁性的下弹子或设于上弹子上方或下方的作为上弹子一部分的磁性体的侧上方,因这样的结构霍尔传感器的位置不是设于磁性体的对应位置上,所以其灵敏度还有待提高;另外,我们感到,传感器中除霍尔传感器外,其它对磁有感应功能的磁传感器均可代替霍尔传感器。此外,由于锁芯空间狭小,霍尔传感器的连接线安装不便,因此连接线的设置结构有待改进。
发明内容
[0004] 本实用新型之目的是弥补上述之不足,向社会公开一种结构简单、制作安装方便、稳定性好、灵敏度高的智能报警安全锁芯的异物插入检测机构。

[0006] 一种智能报警安全锁芯的异物插入检测机构,包括设置于钥匙孔附近锁芯体外侧壁上的检测异物插入的传感器,连接线和电源,锁芯体内与传感器对应的磁性体,其特征在于,所述的传感器为至少一个磁传感器,所述的磁性体与磁传感器数目相等,安装于锁芯体内、磁传感器的对应位置上,所述的连接线及所述的磁传感器均设于一柔性电路板上,该柔性电路板的一端与一配套的具有接收、处理和发送所述的磁传感器发送的信号的智能控制板相连接,该智能控制板与一适配的智能控制中心保持信号联络。
[0007] 所述的磁性体为二个,相对应地,磁传感器也为二个。[0008] 所述的磁传感器为所述的磁传感器为霍尔式传感器或各向异性磁传感器(AMR)或巨磁阻传感器(GMR)。
[0009] 所述的智能控制板包括:微控制单元,Zigbee模块,FPC连接器FFC排线座,与所述电源对接的电源排针座。
[0010] 所述的智能控制板设置于锁芯安装时的内端一侧的锁的面板盖板里面,该智能控制板与所述智能控制中心保持联络。
[0011] 所述的电源是干电池,所述干电池安装于锁芯安装时的内端一侧的锁的面板盖板里面离所述智能控制板接近的地方。
[0012] 本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点是:
[0013] 本实用新型采用磁传感器感应磁性体的磁力大小变化,其结构简单,只需将磁性体安装于锁芯体内、传感器的对应位置上,便可提高灵敏度和检测的准确性;
[0014] 由于所述的相互间的连接线及所述的磁传感器均设于一柔性电路板上,所以使相互间的连接线布局很整齐,柔性电路板上的磁传感器能直接粘贴安装于锁芯体合适的位置上,这给产品制造和安装带来了很大方便;
[0015] 所述的磁传感器为至少一个,所述的磁性体也至少为一个;相对应地,磁传感器为二个,磁性体也采用二个,从而进一步提高检测的灵敏度。

[0024] 如图1-3所示,一种智能报警安全锁芯的异物插入检测机构,包括有设置于钥匙孔7附近锁芯体6外侧壁上的检测异物插入的传感器,连接线和电源19,锁芯体6内与传感器对应的磁性体31,磁性体31设置于锁芯体6内的弹子孔内上弹子3的上方,其中,所述的传感器为一个磁传感器91 (图1、图2),所述的磁性体31与磁传感器数目相等,安装于磁传感器91的对应位置,所述的连接线及所述的磁传感器91均设于一柔性电路板96 (图3)上,该柔性电路板96的一端与一配套的具有接收、处理和发送所述的磁传感器91发送的信号的智能控制板18相连接,该智能控制板18与一适配的智能控制中心21保持信号联络。
[0025] 所述的柔性电路板96,即是FPC(现有技术),FPC软性印制电路是以聚酰亚胺或聚酯薄膜为基材制成的一种具有高度可靠性,绝佳的可挠性印刷电路,因此应用在本实用新型是绝好不过的;磁传感器焊接在柔性电路板96上,因柔性电路板是柔性的,所以安装时可方便地粘贴在锁芯体上适合的位置,能有效克服因锁芯体6上空间限制所造成的安装不便。
[0026] 所述的磁传感器91为所述的磁传感器91为霍尔式传感器或各向异性磁传感器(AMR)或巨磁阻传感器(GMR);霍尔传感器具有体积小、灵敏度高等特点,适用于在狭小空间中对磁性体31的感应。
[0027] 所述的智能控制板18包括:微控制单元183,Zigbee模块182,FPC连接器FFC排线座181、与所述电源19对接的电源排针座185。电源19通过电源至电源排针座导线20与电源排针座185连接配合。

[0031] 本实施例的异物插入检测机构与上述的结构相似,不同的是,所述的磁性体31为二个,相对应地,磁传感器91也为二个(图4);采用二个磁传感器与对应的磁性体31之间的相互配合,可以有效提高检测的灵敏度。根据实际需要,磁性体31的数目可以更多,磁传感器91的数目也相应增加。

[0033] 当有异物(插入锁芯钥匙孔中非配套钥匙或物体定义为异物)插入锁芯钥匙孔7时,柔性电路板96上的磁传感器91感应到磁性体31的磁场发生变化,立即发信号给智能控制中心21。
[0034] 假如此信号的持续时间在设定时间内(通常为15秒左右,可根据主人需求自行设定,因一般用钥匙8正常开锁的时间在5-15秒以内),经智能控制中心21处理判断为正常开锁,智能控制中心21可根据主人需要发一个提示信息给主人设定的手机或MSN或邮箱或不发任何信息。
[0035] 假如此信号的持续时间超过设定时间(通常为15秒左右),经智能控制中心21处理判断为非正常开锁,智能控制中心21根据事先的设定给主人设定的手机或MSN或邮箱发送信息或主动拨打主人设定的固定电话进行语音报警。
[0036] 本智能报警安全锁芯的异物插入检测机构制作时也可将锁芯内芯弹子孔中的下弹子2,锁芯体弹子孔顶部的封门弹子5,封门弹子下的弹簧4,锁芯打开状态时的锁芯体弹子孔中的上弹子3,连接在锁芯内芯I上带动拨动件12的内转件11安装完毕。其适用于不同型号,不同类型的锁芯;其它智能报警安全锁芯上安装了本实用新型后,该锁芯保持原有的性能外,同样能提高报警的准确性及稳定性,同样能使制作安装方便。
Claims (6)
1.一种智能报警安全锁芯的异物插入检测机构,包括设置于钥匙孔(7)附近锁芯体(6)外侧壁上的检测异物插入的传感器,连接线和电源(19),锁芯体(6)内与传感器对应的磁性体(31),其特征在于,所述的传感器为至少一个磁传感器(91),所述的磁性体(31)与磁传感器数目相等,安装于锁芯体内、磁传感器(91)的对应位置上,所述的连接线及所述的磁传感器(91)均设于一柔性电路板(96)上,该柔性电路板(96)的一端与一配套的具有接收、处理和发送所述的磁传感器(91)发送的信号的智能控制板(18)相连接,该智能控制板(18)与一适配的智能控制中心(21)保持信号联络。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能报警安全锁芯的异物插入检测机构,其特征在于,所述的磁性体(31)为二个,相对应地,磁传感器(91)也为二个。
3.根据权利要求2所述的智能报警安全锁芯的异物插入检测机构,其特征在于,所述的磁传感器(91)为霍尔传感器或各向异性磁传感器或巨磁阻传感器。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的智能报警安全锁芯的异物插入检测机构,其特征在于,所述的智能控制板(18)包括:微控制单元(183),Zigbee模块(182),FPC连接器FFC排线座(181)、与所述电源(19)对接的电源排针座(185)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的智能报警安全锁芯的异物插入检测机构,其特征在于,所述的智能控制板(18)设置于锁芯安装时的内端一侧的锁的面板盖板里面,该智能控制板(18)与所述智能控制中心(21)保持联络。
6.根据权利要求5所述的智能报警安全锁芯的异物插入检测机构,其特征在于,所述的电源(19)是干电池,所述干电池安装于锁芯安装时的内端一侧的锁的面板盖板里面离所述智能控制板接近的地方。
