本实用新型公开了一种边坡植被养护节水系统,包括:设置在边坡坡脚及边坡坡位之间平台处的蓄水单元,以及与蓄水单元相连的灌溉单元;所述灌溉单元包括与蓄水单元连接的潜水泵,与潜水泵连接的喷灌水管和设置在喷灌水管上的喷头。本实用新型能够充分利用自然降雨,降低人工取水的运输成本,缓解干旱半干旱地区由于水资源短缺而取水困难的问题;丰富浇水方式,在面积大、坡度陡、坡长大的边坡,喷灌浇水可以解决洒水车浇水动力不足的问题;喷灌浇水技术可以解决由于径流而单次浇水量少的问题,水分可以充分渗入基质层,延长基质水分满足植物正常生长的需求的时间;另外,喷灌浇水技术的应用可以提高水分的利用率。

边坡植被养护节水系统
技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及边坡植被恢复领域,特别是涉及一种边坡植被养护节水系统。
背景技术
[0002] 我国高速公路的建设速度非常快,截止2012年底,我国已建成高速公路约达到了
9.6万公里。在高速公路建设过程中,留下许多人工创伤的裸露地表,对这些裸露地表进行人工植被恢复符合当前我国经济发展需求。自1996年云南“昆曲”高速公路进行边坡植被恢复工程以来,边坡植被生态恢复技术在我国已经得到很好的推广,近年来在特殊立地条件下的植被恢复技术也得到了很好的发展,比如:在岩石边坡采用干喷方式,为植物生长营造10-15cm厚的基质层,然后再以湿喷的方式喷射种子层,经过2-3年的人工养护,边坡可以获得良好的植被效果。
[0003] 边坡是比较特殊的立地条件,首先边坡存在一定的坡度,另外,边坡植物的生长环境是人工创造的基质,所以边坡的植被恢复存在一定的难度。在边坡植被恢复的过程中,需要2-3年的人工养护来加速植被恢复进程,其中涉及的技术措施较多,主要有浇水、施肥、杂草处理、苗木补栽、病虫害防治等几项。
[0004] 在我国干旱和半干旱气候区,常年干旱少雨,水资源匮乏。对于这些区域的公路边坡,其植被恢复难度较大,水分为限制边坡植被恢复效果和植被恢复进程的主要因素。
[0005] 在干旱半干旱气候区公路边坡植被养护的过程中,浇水措施主要存在以下几个问题:1)浇水方式单一,目前公路边坡植被养护中,浇水主要采用洒水车方式,洒水车浇水运输成本较高;2)对于面积大、坡度陡、坡长高的边坡,洒水车浇水存在动力不足的问题,浇水困难;3)边坡基质层薄,储水能力及保水能力差,边坡浇水后,基质水分能够维持植物正常生长需要的时间短;4)边坡存在坡度,浇水时容易产生径流,为避免造成水分的过度浪费,所以单次浇水量非常小;5)使用洒水车浇水,单次浇水量小,加之边坡植被的截留,水分渗入基质层的深度浅,蒸发会造成水分损失严重;6)由于径流和蒸发的原因,边坡水分利用率非常低。
[0006] 鉴于边坡植被养护过程中浇水措施存在以上问题,需要一种节水技术缓解水资源短缺和水分利用率低的问题。鉴于干旱半干旱区水资源短缺、降雨量少的问题,可以通过加强对自然降雨的利用来缓解此问题,对于边坡水分利用率低的问题,可以采用目前比较成熟的“喷灌”浇水技术,将两种解决方法相结合,边坡浇水养护措施存在的问题可以得到缓解。
实用新型内容

[0008] 本实用新型的目的是提供一种边坡植被养护节水系统,既可以将自然降雨加以充分利用,又可以提高边坡的水分利用率,缓解边坡浇水问题,提高边坡植被恢复效果。
[0009] (二)技术方案[0010]为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种边坡植被养护节水系统,其包括:设置在边坡坡脚及边坡坡位之间平台处的蓄水单元,以及与蓄水单元相连的灌溉单元;所述灌溉单元包括与蓄水单元连接的潜水泵,与潜水泵连接的喷灌水管和设置在喷灌水管上的嗔头。
[0011] 其中,所述喷头在边坡植被区域均匀分布。
[0012] 其中,所述潜水泵与喷灌水管之间设置有储水池,储水池与喷灌水管之间设置塑料过滤器。
[0013] 其中,所述蓄水单元包括:汇水渠,与汇水渠连通的过滤沉淀机构,以及与过滤沉淀机构连通的蓄水池,所述潜水泵设置在所述蓄水池内。
[0014] 其中,所述过滤沉淀机构包括:通过输水管道与汇水渠连通的检查井,通过输水管道与检查井连通的砂石过滤器,通过输水管道与砂石过滤器连通的沉淀池,所述沉淀池与所述蓄水池连通。
[0015] 其中,所述汇水渠与检查井之间的输水管道上、所述检查井与砂石过滤器之间的输水管道上均设置有阀门。
[0016] 其中,所述砂石过滤器与沉淀池之间的输水管道上设置有止回阀。

[0018] 其中,所述蓄水池上部与沉淀池上部相连通,所述蓄水池上部设置有溢水管。

[0021] 上述技术方案所提供的边坡植被养护节水系统,能够充分利用自然降雨,降低人工取水的运输成本,缓解干旱半干旱地区由于水资源短缺而取水困难的问题;丰富浇水方式,在面积大、坡度陡、坡长高的边坡,喷灌浇水可以解决洒水车浇水动力不足的问题,此种类型的边坡可以得到充足的灌水,达到良好的植被效果;喷灌浇水技术是比较成熟的节水技术,将其引入边坡植被养护中,可以解决由于径流而单次浇水量少的问题,水分可以充分渗入基质层,延长基质水分满足植物正常生长的需求的时间;另外,喷灌浇水技术的应用可以提高水分的利用率。

具体实施方式
[0024] 下面结合附图和实施例,对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本实用新型,但不用来限制本实用新型的范围。
[0025] 参照图1所示,本实施例边坡植被养护节水系统包括:设置在边坡坡脚及边坡坡位之间平台处的蓄水单元,以及与蓄水单元相连的灌溉单元;所述灌溉单元包括与蓄水单元连接的潜水泵11,与潜水泵11连接的喷灌水管13和设置在喷灌水管13上的喷头14。[0026]为提高水分利用效率,本实施例采用“喷灌”作为边坡灌溉单元的浇水方式,将所述喷头14在边坡植被区域设置为均匀分布,以提高灌溉的水分分布均匀,并在所述潜水泵11与喷灌水管13之间设置有储水池,储水池与喷灌水管13之间设置塑料过滤器12,保证通入喷头14的水中不含杂质,不至于堵塞塑料过滤器12。
[0027] 本实施例所述蓄水单元包括:汇水渠1,与汇水渠I连通的过滤沉淀机构,以及与过滤沉淀机构连通的蓄水池9,所述潜水泵11设置在所述蓄水池9内。所述过滤沉淀机构包括:通过输水管道2与汇水渠I连通的检查井4,通过输水管道与检查井4连通的砂石过滤器5,通过输水管道与砂石过滤器5连通的沉淀池8,所述沉淀池8与所述蓄水池9连通。通过过滤沉淀机构对自然降水的处理,能够保证整个系统安全稳定运行。
[0028] 进一步地,所述汇水渠I与检查井4之间的输水管道上、所述检查井4与砂石过滤器5之间的输水管道上均设置有阀门3 ;所述砂石过滤器5与沉淀池8之间的输水管道上设置有止回阀6 ;所述潜水泵11与喷灌水管13之间的输水管道上设置有止回阀。阀门和止回阀的设置,能够控制各部分的运行和暂停。
[0029] 所述沉淀池8内设置有清淤管7,以便于对沉淀池8内的淤泥进行及时清理。所述蓄水池9上部与沉淀池8上部相连通,可以将沉淀池8内处理好的水直接通入蓄水池9内,不需要外界动力,节省能耗,简化结构;所述蓄水池9上部设置有溢水管10,蓄水池9设计一定的容量,在雨水收集超过定容时,可以通过蓄水池9上方的溢流管10将多余的雨水排出。
[0030] 本实施例蓄水单元的设置可以根据实际情况选择合适的位置进行设置,设置位置可以在边坡坡脚及边坡坡位之间的平台处。一般情况下,在坡脚设置一个蓄水单元,在坡位之间的平台设置一个简单蓄水池,然后也可以使用潜水泵将坡脚蓄水单元净化处理后的水输送到蓄水池,通过灌溉单元对蓄水池直接加以利用即可。根据实际需要,在坡位之间的平台也可以设置完整的蓄水单元,而不用简单蓄水池代替。
[0031] 蓄水单元作用有二,一是利用自然降雨,而是作为人工补水的存储容器。蓄水单元的作用之一是利用自然降雨,其过程是通过汇水渠将自然降雨进行收集,通过管道将雨水输送进检查井,在检查井将收集雨水中大块杂物清除,然后通过砂石过滤器进一步过滤再输送进沉淀池,经过沉淀池最终净化的雨水输送进蓄水池,然后通过潜水泵将净化后的水输送到坡顶或坡位平台间的储水池,储水池内的水在利用之前需经过塑料过滤器的最终净化,防止经过喷灌系统时堵塞喷头。经过塑料过滤器净化的水通过喷灌系统加以利用。
[0032] 蓄水单元可以将自然降雨进行收集后再利用,在无自然降雨的情况下,也可以作为人工补水的临时存储容器,然后再配合灌溉单元加以利用。蓄水单元,可以根据具体情况选择合适的位置进行灵活设置,主要是能为水分的利用提供高差,依靠水的重力势能加以利用,比如在边坡坡脚或坡位之间的平台进行设置。灌溉单元,其设置按常规喷灌系统的设置即可,注意配水管的高度和倾斜的角度,尽量保证能够将水均匀喷洒在边坡上。
[0033] 蓄水单元中汇水渠、检查井、沉淀池和蓄水池采用混凝土结构,蓄水单元和灌溉单元中的溢流管、输水管道和配水管使用PVC材质管。
[0034] 经过蓄水单元过滤沉淀的雨水或人工补水,本发明采用利用水的重力势能的方法将水输送进入喷灌浇水系统加以利用,如果在动力不足的情况下,可以配装潜水泵等动力装备。[0035] 由以上实施例可以看出,本实用新型将蓄水单元与喷灌式的灌溉单元相结合,能够达到以下有益效果:
[0036] (I)蓄水单元可以将自然降雨进行收集而加以利用,降低人工取水的成本,另外,可以将人工补水临时存储再加以利用,达到节约用水的目的。蓄水单元在边坡的应用可以缓解干旱或半干旱地区水资源短缺而取水困难的问题;
[0037] (2)喷灌浇水技术是比较成熟的节水技术,在边坡对喷灌技术的利用,可以减少由于浇水时径流而造成的损失,提高水分利用效率;
[0038] (3)喷灌浇水技术的应用,可以使单次浇水量尽量达到充足,水分能够充分渗入基质层内部,这样能够延长基质内水分供给植物正常生长需要的时间,以此降低人工浇水的频率,降低人工取水的运输成本;
[0039] (4)本实用新型的节水技术比较适合面积大、坡度陡、坡长大的边坡,节水技术的应用,可以解决洒水车浇水动力不足的问题,缓解此类边坡浇水难、缺水的问题,使边坡达到良好的植被恢复效果。
[0040] 以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种边坡植被养护节水系统,其特征在于,包括:设置在边坡坡脚及边坡坡位之间平台处的蓄水单元,以及与蓄水单元相连的灌溉单元;所述灌溉单元包括与蓄水单元连接的潜水泵,与潜水泵连接的喷灌水管和设置在喷灌水管上的喷头。
2.如权利要求1所述的边坡植被养护节水系统,其特征在于,所述喷头在边坡植被区域均匀分布。
3.如权利要求1所述的边坡植被养护节水系统,其特征在于,所述潜水泵与喷灌水管之间设置有储水池,储水池与喷灌水管之间设置塑料过滤器。
4.如权利要求1所述的边坡植被养护节水系统,其特征在于,所述蓄水单元包括:汇水渠,与汇水渠连通的过滤沉淀机构,以及与过滤沉淀机构连通的蓄水池,所述潜水泵设置在所述蓄水池内。
5.如权利要求4所述的边坡植被养护节水系统,其特征在于,所述过滤沉淀机构包括:通过输水管道与汇水渠连通的检查井,通过输水管道与检查井连通的砂石过滤器,通过输水管道与砂石过滤器连通的沉淀池,所述沉淀池与所述蓄水池连通。
6.如权利要求5所述的边坡植被养护节水系统,其特征在于,所述汇水渠与检查井之间的输水管道上、所述检查井与砂石过滤器之间的输水管道上均设置有阀门。
7.如权利要求5所述的边坡植被养护节水系统,其特征在于,所述砂石过滤器与沉淀池之间的输水管道上设置有止回阀。
8.如权利要求5所述的边坡植被养护节水系统,其特征在于,所述沉淀池内设置有清游管。
9.如权利要求5所述的边坡植被养护节水系统,其特征在于,所述蓄水池上部与沉淀池上部相连通,所述蓄水池上部设置有溢水管。
10.如权利要求1所述的边坡植被养护节水系统,其特征在于,所述潜水泵与喷灌水管之间的输水管道上设置有止回阀。
