[0016] 图1是车用空调机中冷凝器安装在微型车位置示意图。从图1和图2可以看出,冷凝器I安装在车头水箱7旁,冷凝器I在车头面,水箱风扇8在车厢面,图2中箭头所指为进出风方向,原来只是利用水箱风扇8及自然风将冷凝器I的热量散掉,因水箱风扇8与冷凝器I之间隔着水箱7,水箱风扇8离冷凝器较远,这种散热方式散热效果不理想。
[0017] 图2、图3和图4所示的本实用新型中的冷凝器1,在冷凝器I的散热片外侧安装有电子扇2。电子扇2通过螺栓组件3与安装在冷凝器I上的翻边板4固定连接;如图5、图6和图7所示,翻边板4为铝板,翻边板4是带有安装圆孔的横截面呈U形的槽板;上下各两组螺栓组件3穿过翻边板4上的四个固定孔,将电子扇2与冷凝器I固定为一体;在冷凝器I上直接安装电子扇2,这样冷凝器I除了水箱7及自然风散热外,再加上电子扇2吹风散热,散热风量增加较大,散热效果得到提高,解决了冷凝器I散热量不足的问题。
Claims (2)
1.一种车用空调机,包括有依次通过管路连接的蒸发器(5),冷凝器(I)和压缩机(6),所述冷凝器(I)上分布有散热片,其特征在于:在所述冷凝器(I)散热片的一侧安装有电子扇⑵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车用空调机,其特征在于:所述电子扇(2)通过翻边板(4)与所述冷凝器(I)固定连接·;所述翻边板(4)为带有安装孔的横截面呈U形的槽板。
