Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种背面设有支脚的便携太阳能板，支脚一端与便携太阳能板铰接连接。由此可以方便的通过调整支脚与便携太阳能板之间的角度来调整太阳能电池的朝阳倾角，以适应不同地区和不同季节对太阳能电池阵列倾角的不同要求，提高了太阳能电池的效率。

背景技术
为了应对温室效应引起的全球变暖以及全球变暖造成的影响，环保意识正逐渐抬头，而各国间也陆续着手签订相关的环保公约来抑制二氧化碳排放量，因此开发可取代传统石化燃料的替代能源成为世界各国积极研究的一项重点。
由于太阳能是一种取之不尽且清洁无污染的能源，所以太阳能兼具了经济与环保的优点，因此各国政府也开始推动以太阳能发电为基础的各项应用。太阳能电池能够将太阳能直接转化成电能。
太阳能电池一般是固定在安装架上。而现有的太阳能电池安装时，通常采用三角形支架将太阳能电池板按照一定的倾角固定安装。此种安装结构存在的问题是太阳能电池的朝阳倾角调整不便，难以适应不同地区和不同季节对太阳能电池阵列倾角的不同要求，有碍太阳能电池效率的发挥。且其携带不便，装配繁琐。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种便携太阳能板。
根据本实用新型的一个方面，提供了一种背面设有支脚的便携太阳能板，支脚一端与太阳能板铰链连接。由此可以方便的通过调整支脚与便携太阳能板之间的角度来调整太阳能电池的朝阳倾角，以适应不同地区和不同季节对太阳能电池阵列倾角的不同要求，提高了太阳能电池的效率。
在一些实施方式中，该便携太阳能板包括两个或两个以上的单板，单板之间通过铰链相连接，单板包括太阳能基板和固定于太阳能基板四周的边框，支脚安装于边框上，边框设有形状与支脚相对应的支脚容置槽，支脚完全进入支脚容置槽时，支脚表面与边框平齐。该便携太阳能板折叠以后面积更小，更加方便携带。而且支脚安装在边框上，可以避免支脚对太阳能基板背面造成损伤导致缩短太阳能板的使用寿命。
在一些实施方式中，太阳能基板背面安装有接线盒，接线盒连接有输出线，边框的厚度大于太阳能基板的厚度，折叠时相邻的两个单板之间形成收纳输出线的容置空间。由此该折叠太阳能板存放和携带时输出线可以方便的收纳在太阳能板内，无需另外存放。
在一些实施方式中，边框设置有锁扣。折叠时将锁卡锁闭，可以避免该折叠太阳能板在携带时意外散开。
在一些实施方式中，太阳能基板背面设有固定输出线的线卡。通过线卡可以方便的将输出线固定在太阳能基板背面，并且还可以按照实际的距离拉出相应的输出线。
在一些实施方式中，包括两个单板，折叠时两个单板形成收纳箱。由此，该折叠太阳能板还可以作为收纳杂物和小工具的收纳箱使用，实现了一物多用，更加适合户外使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。
图1示意性地显示了根据本实用新型的一种实施方式的便携太阳能板。如图所示，该装置包括两个单板1，单板1之间通过铰链2相连接。单板1包括太阳能基板12和固定于太阳能基板12四周的边框11。边框11安装有锁扣7。单板1背面安装有支脚5，支脚5一端与太阳能板的边框11铰链连接。支脚5与边框11之间的角度可调。边框11设有形状与支脚5相对应的支脚容置槽8，支脚5完全进入支脚容置槽8时表面与边框11平齐。太阳能基板12背面安装有接线盒3，接线盒3连接有输出线4，太阳能基板12背面安装有固定输出线4的线卡6。边框11的厚度大于太阳能基板12的厚度，折叠时该装置可以变成收纳杂物的收纳箱。当有阳光照射于太阳能板1上时，电流会通过集线盒3，再由输出线4输出。在其他的实施例中，该装置可以是一个单板1或者两个以上的单板1。
本实用新型提供的便携太阳能板可广泛应用于各类直流负载，如直流水泵，也可通过逆变器来驱动交流负载，另外也可连接蓄电池，为蓄电池充电。本实用新型可广泛应用于家用电器驱动，水井取水，农业灌溉，野外工作者(如渔民，地质勘探队)，无电力供应的偏远山村，野营旅游等领域。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下，还可以做出若干变形和改进，这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。

1.便携太阳能板，其特征在于，太阳能板背面设有支脚（5），所述支脚（5）一端与太阳能板铰链连接。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的便携太阳能板，其特征在于，包括两个或两个以上的单板（1），所述的单板（1）之间通过铰链（2）相连接，所述的单板（1）包括太阳能基板（12）和固定于所述的太阳能基板（12）四周的边框（11），所述的支脚（5）安装于所述的边框（11）上，所述的边框（11）设有形状与所述的支脚（5）相对应的支脚容置槽（8），所述的支脚（5）完全进入所述的支脚容置槽（8）时，所述支脚（5）表面与所述的边框（11)平齐。 
3.根据权利要求2所述的便携太阳能板，其特征在于，所述的太阳能基板（12）背面安装有接线盒（3），所述的接线盒（3）连接有输出线（4），所述的边框（11）的厚度大于所述的太阳能基板（12）的厚度，折叠时相邻的两个单板（1）之间形成收纳所述的输出线（4）的容置空间。 
4.根据权利要求2所述的便携太阳能板，其特征在于，所述的边框（11）设置有锁扣（7）。 
5.根据权利要求3所述的折叠太阳能板，其特征在于，所述的太阳能基板（12）背面设有固定所述的输出线（4）的线卡（6）。 
6.根据权利要求2或3所述的折叠太阳板，其特征在于，包括两个单板（1），折叠时所述的两个单板（1）形成收纳箱。
