[0002]目前,在国内利用黄磷尾气来发电的技术领域,只有极少数的锅炉厂家尝试着去对黄磷尾气这部分余热进行回收,且成功的少之又少。造成直到今天大多数黄磷生产厂家只能看着大量的能源被点天灯,既浪费能源又造成环境的严重污染,对黄磷尾气的有效回收利用,可降低黄磷的生产成本,并大大减少污染排放量,符合当前“节能减排”的趋势。
[0003] 现有的黄磷尾气燃烧用锅炉主要是采用将燃烧器布置在炉腔内的一体化设置,这样的锅炉往往使得黄磷尾气不能完全燃烧,尾气中大量的腐蚀性物质黏贴在炉腔受热面,形成结垢,进而对炉腔造成腐蚀,缩短了锅炉的使用寿命。

[0027] 本实用新型提供了一种黄磷尾气燃烧用锅炉,如图1所示,包括炉膛11、燃烧器9、炉膛水冷系统I及对流烟室3 ;炉膛11的一侧上设有燃气进气口,燃气进气口上安装有燃烧器9 ;炉膛11的燃气进气口侧的对侧上设有炉膛烟气出口,炉膛烟气出口与过热器烟室连通,过热器烟室内布置有过热器2,过热器的这种独立布置方式使得其受热面受热均匀,缩短安装周期,节约安装成本;炉膛11并列侧设有对流烟室3,对流烟室3内布置有对流管束;炉膛11的内表面上布置有炉膛水冷系统I的水冷壁;炉膛11与对流烟室3通过过热器烟室连通;所述炉膛11内设置有可使未燃尽的黄磷尾气回弹继续燃烧的扰动墙10 ;所述炉膛水冷系统I的水冷壁采取了喷涂处理,使其表面形成含有镍镉钥合金材料保护膜,可有效地防止尾气在运行过程中的高温腐蚀和停炉后的低温腐蚀。
[0028] 再者,可使未燃尽的黄磷尾气回弹继续燃烧的扰动墙10设置在炉膛11内的靠近炉膛尾部烟道侧,并且扰动墙10的形状与炉膛11的形状相匹配。扰动墙10在被加热后更加有利于燃烧和辐射换热。如图2所示,该扰动墙10包括耐火砖12、固定耐火砖的耐火胶泥13、起支撑作用的耐火混凝土 14和使燃烧后的黄磷尾气流通的通孔15。

[0035] 本实用新型整体外形为长方形,各部件布置合理,安装灵活。来自净化后的黄磷尾气经燃烧器9充分组织燃烧,燃料在炉膛I内充分燃烧同时把热量传递给炉膛水冷系统I的水冷壁,此时的烟气温度可高达1000°c,这时的烟气叫做高温烟气;高温烟气从炉膛尾部通过过热器进口烟室进入过热器烟室,在过热器烟室内,高温烟气继续把热量传给过热器(2)的受热面;然后经过热器出口烟室进入对流烟室3,在对流烟室3中冲刷布置在其中的对流管束放热,烟气温度降到300°C以下,这时的烟气叫做低温烟气;低温烟气经连接烟道4进入省煤器5加热锅炉给水;最后,经过省煤器5的低温烟气经引风机进入烟囱后排入大气。与此同时,汽水系统的流程是锅炉给水进入省煤器5经烟气加热后进入对流管束上部的上锅筒经对流管束中的下降管进入对流管束下部的下锅筒,再经集中下降管进入炉膛水冷系统I的炉膛下集箱,在炉膛中吸收高温烟气的热量变成饱和蒸汽进入炉膛水冷系统I的上集箱通过引出管再进入上锅筒,上锅筒的饱和蒸汽经饱和蒸汽引出管进入过热器2,吸收高温烟气中的热量变成合格的过热蒸汽经过热器出口集箱进入汽轮机作功推动发电机发电。

1.一种黄磷尾气燃烧用锅炉,包括炉膛(11)、燃烧器(9)、炉膛水冷系统(I)及对流烟室(3);炉膛(11)的一侧上设有燃气进气口,燃气进气口上安装有燃烧器(9);炉膛(11)的燃气进气口侧的对侧上设有炉膛烟气出口,炉膛烟气出口与过热器烟室连通,过热器烟室内布置有过热器(2);炉膛(11)并列侧设有对流烟室(3),对流烟室(3)内布置有对流管束;炉膛(11)的内表面上布置有炉膛水冷系统(I)的水冷壁;炉膛(11)与对流烟室(3)通过过热器烟室连通;其特征在于,所述炉膛(11)内设置有可使未燃尽的黄磷尾气回弹继续燃烧的扰动墙(10);所述炉膛水冷系统(I)的水冷壁面为防腐蚀材料涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄磷尾气燃烧用锅炉,其特征在于,所述扰动墙(10)设置在炉膛(11)内的靠近过热器烟室侧,并且扰动墙(10)的形状与炉膛(11)的形状相匹配。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种黄磷尾气燃烧用锅炉,其特征在于,所述扰动墙(10)包括耐火砖(12)、固定耐火砖的耐火胶泥(13)、起支撑作用的耐火混凝土( 14)和使燃烧后的黄磷尾气流通的通孔(15 )。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种黄磷尾气燃烧用锅炉,其特征在于,所述对流烟室(3)内设有上锅筒和下锅筒,上锅筒与下锅筒通过对流管束和炉膛水冷系统(I)的水冷壁连通。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种黄磷尾气燃烧用锅炉,其特征在于,所述对流烟室(3)出口与连接烟道(4)连接,所述连接烟道(4)内设有省煤器(5)。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种黄磷尾气燃烧用锅炉,其特征在于,所述炉膛(11)与过热器烟室连接处设置有膨胀节(6 )。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种黄磷尾气燃烧用锅炉,其特征在于,所述膨胀节(6)是非金属膨胀节。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种黄磷尾气燃烧用锅炉,其特征在于,所述炉膛(11)的侧面炉墙和炉膛尾部烟道处均设置有防爆门(8)。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种黄磷尾气燃烧用锅炉,其特征在于,所述过热器(2)的进口烟室和出口烟室都配有检查门(7)。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种黄磷尾气燃烧用锅炉,其特征在于,所述对流管束分为2级,中间采用膜式壁结构分开。
