Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种模具放置架，旨在一种结构简单、能够方便快捷地将模具体平衡摆放的模具放置架。本实用新型包括架体，所述架体包括底板（1）和两个侧板（2），两个所述侧板（2）分别与所述底板（1）的两侧固定连接形成中间为凹槽（3）的支架体，所述凹槽（3）的高度高于模具体（4）的顶压端（41）的高度，所述底板（1）的底部设置有阻尼胶板（5），在放置模具体（4）时，所述模具体（4）架空平放在所述侧板（2）上，而所述顶压端（41）刚好位于所述凹槽（3）内并且不会碰触到所述底板（1），由此可以保证平衡地放置好所述模具体（4）。本实用新型应用于模具生产领域。

本实用新型涉及一种模具放置架，特别是涉及一种用于放置带有顶压装置的修边模具体放置架。
背景技术
随着社会经济的高速发展，各行各业都表现出强烈的竞争力，追求并实现大规模批量生产，在模具生产行业也不例外。目前，大部分生产模具的厂家，把批量生产完成的模具放置在一个固定的架体内，但由于模具的形状不一，而且部分模具具有顶压装置，这就难以将模具快速平衡摆放。通过实践表明，在模具摆放不平衡的情况下，容易出现倾覆，导致模具与模具间碰伤，影响模具产品出厂质量，严重时还会损坏模具，而且尺寸较大的模具还会影响到工作人员的人身安全。因此，我们急需要一种能够将模具平衡摆放的模具架体。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单、能够方便快捷地将模具体平衡摆放的模具放置架。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：本实用新型包括架体，所述架体包括底板和两个侧板，两个所述侧板分别与所述底板的两侧固定连接，并形成中间为凹槽的支架体，所述凹槽的高度高于模具体的压端的高度。
进一步，所述底板的底部设置有阻尼胶板。
进一步，所述侧板为材料冲切条。
进一步，所述模具放置架两边预留有进叉位。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于本实用新型包括架体，所述架体包括底板和两个侧板，两个所述侧板分别与所述底板的两侧固定连接，并形成中间为凹槽的支架体，所述凹槽的高度高于模具体顶压端的高度，在放置模具体时，模具体架空平放在所述侧板上，而模具体的顶压端刚好位于所述支架体的凹槽内，由此可以保证平衡地放置好模具体，防止因放置不平衡而带来不必要的损失。
另外，在所述底板的底板设置有阻尼胶板，在放置模具体的瞬间可以起到缓冲下压力的作用，从而避免了因下放模具体时力度过大而导致的对模具体表面和地面的擦伤现象，保证良好的出厂质量。
进一步，所述模具放置架两边预留有进叉位，所述进叉位为模具的搬运提供了极大的便利。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示，本实用新型涉及一种模具放置架，特别是涉及一种用于放置带有顶压装置的模具体的放置架，本实施例待放置的模具体为修边模具，本实用新型包括架体，所述架体包括底板1和两个侧板2，所述侧板2采用材料冲切条，即是厂区的生产条料或废料，可以充分利用产区现有资源，降低生产成本。在安装时，两个所述侧板2分别与所述底板1的两侧通过焊接固定连接，以形成中间为凹槽3的支架体，所述支架体的凹槽3的高度高于模具体4的顶压端41的高度。在放置模具体4时，所述模具体4架空平放在所述侧板2上，而所述模具体4的顶压端41刚好位于所述支架体的凹槽3内，而且其下端不会碰触到所述底板1，由此可以保证平衡地放置好模具体4，防止因放置不平衡而带来不必要的损失。
所述底板1的底部设置有阻尼胶板5，按实际情况优先采用胶条或胶片，所述阻尼胶板5在放置模具体4的瞬间可以起到缓冲下压力的作用，避免因下放模具体4时力度过大而损伤模具体4的表面或地板，从而保证良好的出厂质量。另外，所述模具放置架两边预留有进叉位42，所述进叉位42为模具的搬运提供了极大的便利。
本实用新型应用于模具生产领域。

1.一种模具放置架，包括架体，其特征在于：所述架体包括底板（1）和两个侧板（2），两个所述侧板（2）分别与所述底板（1）的两侧固定连接，并形成中间为凹槽（3）的支架体，所述凹槽（3）的高度高于模具体（4）顶压端（41）的高度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种模具放置架，其特征在于：所述底板（1）的底部设置有阻尼胶板（5）。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种模具放置架，其特征在于：所述侧板（2）为材料冲切条。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种模具放置架，其特征在于：所述模具放置架两边预留有进叉位（42）。
