背景技术
    先张法预应力混凝土管桩是一种基础用桩，广泛应用于工业与建筑业中，其中端板是先张法预应力混凝土管桩不可缺少的辅件。端板有时需要折弯使用，现有技术端板折弯工装只能对端板中间折弯，端板边沿处需裁去，造成原料的浪费。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种端板折弯工装，以解决现有技术端板折弯工装不能对端板边沿折弯的问题。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案为：
一种端板折弯工装，包括由一对支座支撑的顶梁，其特征在于：顶梁顶部安装有气缸，顶梁底部竖向连接有一对导柱，导柱上滑动安装有压座，所述压座底部连接有底面设置为弧面的压块，所述气缸活塞杆竖直向下穿过顶梁并固定在压座上，位于压块正下方设置有承压座，承压座中设置有与压块底面形状匹配的压槽，压槽两侧的承压座上分别转动安装有侧压板，两支座上分别倾斜安装有气缸，且支座上气缸的活塞杆杆端分别一一对应铰接在对应侧的侧压板上。
所述的一种端板折弯工装，其特征在于：所述导柱底部设置有限位环台。
本实用新型安装和使用方便，通过两侧压板能对端板边沿进行折弯，无须裁去端板边沿，大大节约了原料。

如图1所示。一种端板折弯工装，包括由一对支座1支撑的顶梁2，顶梁2顶部安装有气缸3，顶梁2底部竖向连接有一对导柱4，导柱4底部设置有限位环台11，导柱4上滑动安装有压座5，压座5底部连接有底面设置为弧面的压块6，气缸3活塞杆竖直向下穿过顶梁2并固定在压座5上，位于压块6正下方设置有承压座7，承压座7中设置有与压块6底面形状匹配的压槽8，压槽8两侧的承压座7上分别转动安装有侧压板9，两支座1上分别倾斜安装有气缸10，且支座上气缸10的活塞杆杆端分别一一对应铰接在对应侧的侧压板9上。

1.一种端板折弯工装，包括由一对支座支撑的顶梁，其特征在于：顶梁顶部安装有气缸，顶梁底部竖向连接有一对导柱，导柱上滑动安装有压座，所述压座底部连接有底面设置为弧面的压块，所述气缸活塞杆竖直向下穿过顶梁并固定在压座上，位于压块正下方设置有承压座，承压座中设置有与压块底面形状匹配的压槽，压槽两侧的承压座上分别转动安装有侧压板，两支座上分别倾斜安装有气缸，且支座上气缸的活塞杆杆端分别一一对应铰接在对应侧的侧压板上。
