本实用新型包括套体、板体、擦棉以及刷毛，套体的形状为手掌形，套体的内侧手心位置设有方形板体，板体的一面与套体相连，板体的另一面设有擦棉；套体的内侧手指位置设有刷毛。
使用时，套体戴在手上，手动擦拭黑板，这样避免粉笔灰污染手掌，可利用擦棉和刷毛一同擦拭黑板，去污能力更强。
