目前医院西药房工作人员从药瓶中取散装药片时，需要根据药方给不同的患者，取出数量不等的药片。现有的取药勺只能粗略的取出部分药片，然后人工数药，工作量非常大，且精度不够。另外，也不能根据药片的需求量多少，采取不同规格的药勺取药，致使取出的药片数量与实际需求量差别较大，加大了人工数药片的工作难度。
