本实用新型涉及汽车轮毂轴承技术领域，更具体地说涉及一种一种自动扶梯曳引装置。
背景技术：
如图1、2所示,自动扶梯常规的驱动系统是由一台减速电动机A1通过传动齿轮A2、链条A3传递动力，传动轴A4带动梯级曳引轮A5使得梯级可以上下运行，实现了运输乘客的功能。这种驱动方式通常要拥有较大的机房面积，同时因为是链条传动，有比较大的噪音产生。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术之不足，而提供一种自动扶梯曳引装置，它节省了机房面积，减少了传动装置，节省了生产成本，降低了机械噪音。
本实用新型的技术解决措施如下：
一种自动扶梯曳引装置，包括自动扶梯的梯级曳引轮，梯级曳引轮的传动轴固定在步进电机的转轴上，步进电机由变频器供电。
所述变频器与步进电机固定在一起，变频器和步进电机固定在自动扶梯的桁架上。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：
1、由于它将步进电机和变频器固定在自动扶梯的桁架上，无需单独在自动扶梯的桁架以外固定电机，所以节省了机房的面积。
2、由于它不用电机通过传动齿轮和链条带动传动轴，所以减少了传动部件，节省了生产成本，同时避免了传动齿轮和链条传动时发出的噪音。

实施例：见图3、4所示，一种自动扶梯曳引装置，包括自动扶梯的梯级曳引轮1，梯级曳引轮1的传动轴2固定在步进电机3的转轴上，步进电机3由变频器4供电。
所述变频器4与步进电机3固定在一起，变频器4和步进电机3固定在自动扶梯的桁架5上。
工作原理：见图4所示，由于它将步进电机3和变频器4固定在自动扶梯的桁架5上，无需象现有技术中那样，见图2所示，单独在自动扶梯的桁架以外固定电机A1，所以节省了机房的面积。
由于它象现有技术中那样，使用电机A1通过传动齿轮A2和链条A3带动传动轴，所以减少了传动部件，节省了生产成本，同时避免了传动齿轮和链条传动时发出的噪音。

1.一种自动扶梯曳引装置，包括自动扶梯的梯级曳引轮（1），其特征在于：梯级曳引轮（1）的传动轴（2）固定在步进电机（3）的转轴上，步进电机（3）由变频器（4）供电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动扶梯曳引装置，其特征在于：变频器（4）与步进电机（3）固定在一起，变频器（4）和步进电机（3）固定在自动扶梯的桁架（5）上。
