本实用新型公开了一种移动式布料器，本实用新型的目的是设计一种结构合理、能够有效的提升振动筛的筛分效果的移动式布料器。本实用新型的技术方案是，一种移动式布料器，它包括传送设备，变频电机，变频电机的输出轴与连杆系统连接，连杆系统的端部与传送设备固定连接，传送设备一端的底部设有支架，支架底部安装有滚轮，在地面上设有与滚轮相配的轨道，传送设备的另一端的底部设有转轴座。本实用新型结构合理，在大型振动筛分设备上的布料效果较好，能够有效的提升振动筛的筛分效果。

本实用新型涉及振动筛的辅助设备，特别是一种适用于在振动筛上的入料口使用的移动式布料器。
背景技术：
现在的振动筛分设备大型化趋势明显，导致物料在筛分时，需要尽量将被筛分的物料均匀分布在筛面上，这样可以最大程度的保证筛分的效果，由于在筛分设备的入料口一般采用传统的传送设备进行下料，这种入料效果在筛面的布料效果较差，使用不理想，不利于筛分设备的筛分。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是设计一种结构合理、能够有效的提升振动筛的筛分效果的移动式布料器。
本实用新型的技术方案是，一种移动式布料器，它包括传送设备，变频电机，其特征在于：变频电机的输出轴与连杆系统连接，连杆系统的端部与传送设备固定连接，传送设备一端的底部设有支架，支架底部安装有滚轮，在地面上设有与滚轮相配的轨道，传送设备的另一端的底部设有转轴座。
本实用新型结构合理，在大型振动筛分设备上的布料效果较好，能够有效的提升振动筛的筛分效果。

结合附图详细描述实施例，一种移动式布料器，它包括传送设备1，变频电机6，变频电机的输出轴与连杆系统5连接，连杆系统的端部与传送设备固定连接，传送设备一端的底部设有支架2，支架底部安装有滚轮3，在地面上设有与滚轮相配的轨道4，传送设备的另一端的底部设有转轴座7，传送设备可以绕转轴座转动。本实用新型使用时，能够通过电机的驱动，将安装在大型振动筛分设备入料口一侧的传送设备绕转轴座，并通过与轨道相配的滚轮可进行一定幅度的往复运动，进而可以保证通过传送设备进入大型振动筛分设备的被筛分物料能够均匀分布在筛面上，可以有效的提升振动筛的筛分效果，提升了振动筛的筛分效率。
