本实用新型涉及一种球墨铸铁管内吹扫装置。万向轮的圆周上至少固定三个支撑轮，支撑轮顶在球墨铸铁管的内壁上，万向轮的左端密封固定接头，万向轮的右端密封固定连接头的左端，连接头的右端密封固定风压座，风压座有向右的喇叭状开口，风压座喇叭状开口内通过螺栓固定风压盖，风压盖与风压座之间形成环形的风口。它操作简便，降低职工劳动强度和有效提高管内壁质量要求。

本实用新型涉及一种球墨铸铁管内清洁装置，特别是球墨铸铁管DN100-300内壁吹扫装置。
背景技术
目前在国内离心铸铁管的生产厂，球墨铸铁管内壁清理质量差，灰量大，清理不干净，要反复清理，这样增加了工人的劳动强度，影响生产节奏；在质量方面，原来的清理效果差，达不到要求，对内壁喷涂的附着力产生影响。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点，本实用新型提供一种球墨铸铁管内吹扫装置，它操作简便，降低职工劳动强度和有效提高管内壁质量要求。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：万向轮的圆周上至少固定三个支撑轮，支撑轮顶在球墨铸铁管的内壁上，万向轮的左端密封固定接头，万向轮的右端密封固定连接头的左端，连接头的右端密封固定风压座，风压座有向右的喇叭状开口，风压座喇叭状开口内通过螺栓固定风压盖，风压盖与风压座之间形成环形的风口。
本实用新型自动操作，省时省力，清理效果好。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，万向轮2的圆周上至少固定三个支撑轮3，支撑轮3顶在球墨铸铁管9的内壁上，万向轮2的左端密封固定接头1，万向轮2的右端密封固定连接头4的左端，连接头4的右端密封固定风压座5，风压座5有向右的喇叭状开口，风压座5喇叭状开口内通过螺栓8固定风压盖6，风压盖6与风压座5之间形成环形的风口7，形成环形喇叭状的高压喷气面，喷吹管球墨铸铁管9的内壁，吹扫灰尘。
所述的风口7的缝隙为1-2mm，通过螺栓8调整。
支撑轮3可以根据球墨铸铁管9的规格而改变。

1.一种球墨铸铁管内吹扫装置，其特征在于：万向轮(2)的圆周上至少固定三个支撑轮(3)，支撑轮(3)顶在球墨铸铁管(9)的内壁上，万向轮(2)的左端密封固定接头(1)，万向轮(2)的右端密封固定连接头(4)的左端，连接头(4)的右端密封固定风压座(5)，风压座(5)有向右的喇叭状开口，风压座(5)喇叭状开口内通过螺栓(8)固定风压盖(6)，风压盖(6)与风压座(5)之间形成环形的风口(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的球墨铸铁管内吹扫装置，其特征在于：所述的风口(7)的缝隙为1-2mm。
