背景技术
目前斗式提升机张紧密封,较常使用密封结构,张紧过程中,密封滑板上下移动,密封滑板与壳体做相对的运动,这种密封就是靠密封滑板本身的板面与壳体的板面之间的密封来实现的。这种板面之间的直接密封,结构简单,因制造、结构本身等原因,密封不严密,容易漏料,特别是输送粉尘含量高的物料时,对现场环境造成的破坏性很大。因此,提供一种简单又有效的密封结构,是本技术领域的技术人员亟待解决的问题。 
鉴于此,本实用新型提出一种新的密封结构,以解决此问题。 
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种斗式提升机尾部补偿式动静密封结构,可以有效解决密封不严的问题。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种斗式提升机尾部补偿式动静密封结构,包括壳体和所述壳体围成的腔体,密封滑板设置在所述腔体内,所述密封滑板内侧开有铣槽,铣槽内设置有石棉填料,所述密封滑板的外侧设置有紧固板; 
所述紧固板上开有螺纹孔,所述壳体上设置有和所述螺纹孔相配合的螺钉。
   在以上技术方案中,由于密封滑板和壳体之间设置了石棉填料和紧固板,可以定期对紧固板进行紧固,增加了密封的效果,加强了密封性能。

具体实施方式
如图所示本实用新型一种斗式提升机尾部补偿式动静密封结构,包括壳体1和所述壳体围成的腔体2,密封滑板3设置在所述腔体2内,所述密封滑板3内侧开有铣槽4,铣槽4内设置有石棉填料5,所述密封滑板3的外侧设置有紧固板6。 
所述紧固板6上开有螺纹孔,所述壳体1上设置有和所述螺纹孔相配合的螺钉7。 
利用板材和型钢组焊装配形成一个开放式的腔体2,密封滑板3在腔体2内能够实现相对的运动,通过在铣槽4内填充石棉填料5的方式实现与壳体配合的软密封。由于密封滑板3和壳体1的相对运动,石棉填料5会出现不同程度的磨损,可通过螺钉7调节紧固板6,起到调节密封滑板与壳体的配合密封程度的作用,即实现了补偿式密封。 
因此可以看出,本实用新型,既保证了尾部链轮的上下运动,实现斗式提升机链条的张紧要求,又有实现了尾部密封滑板和壳体运动副密封的目的,同时还能保证密封程度的补偿式调节。

1.一种斗式提升机尾部补偿式动静密封结构,包括壳体和所述壳体围成的腔体,密封滑板设置在所述腔体内,其特征在于:所述密封滑板内侧开有铣槽,铣槽内设置有石棉填料,所述密封滑板的外侧设置有紧固板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的斗式提升机尾部补偿式动静密封结构,其特征在于:所述紧固板上开有螺纹孔,所述壳体上设置有和所述螺纹孔相配合的螺钉。
