现有水泥发泡保温板的切割装置均为单独流程作业，先将水泥发泡保温板原料由分割机切成方块状，再由人工搬运至分割机切成片状，工作效率低下，劳动力成本高，成本增高。

本实用新型针对现有技术的不足，提出一种水泥发泡保温板竖切装置，工作效率高，生产成本低。
为了实现上述实用新型目的，本实用新型提供以下技术方案：一种水泥发泡保温板竖切装置，包括支架，该支架上设有电机、偏心轮、连杆和锯条框，电机经皮带与偏心轮连接，偏心轮经连杆与锯条框连接，锯条框上设有锯条。
进一步地，该支架上还设有滚轴和限位杆，锯条框设在滚轴和限位杆之间。
工作原理：电机启动，通过皮带传动至偏心轮，偏心轮通过连杆传动至锯条框，锯条框作上下往复运动，达到竖切滚轴上运输的工件的目的。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有以下优点：采用电机传动偏心轮使得锯条框作上下往复运动，达到竖向切割水泥发泡保温板，结构巧妙，使用方便。

如图1和2所示的一种水泥发泡保温板竖切装置，包括支架8，该支架8上设有电机7、偏心轮1、连杆9和锯条框12，电机7经皮带与偏心轮1连接，偏心轮1经连杆9与锯条框12连接，锯条框12上设有锯条11。
该支架8上还设有滚轴5和限位杆4，锯条框12设在滚轴5和限位杆4之间。偏心轮1经固定架固定在支架8上；锯条框12架设在轴套10上，轴套10经固定件3固定在支架8上。
