本实用新型涉及污水净化处理工艺装置技术领域，具体是一种去除漂浮物的污水处理池，包括沉降池，隔离栅和漂浮物清理池，沉降池中部引入污水进水管，进水管对面下部设有带滤网的出水管，漂浮物清理池底部安装带滤网的污水排水管。所述沉降池为较大面积水池，可以使流入的污水稳定分层，上层漂浮物经过隔离栅的上沿流入漂浮物清理池，底层沉降物沉入池底，定期清理；所述隔离栅位于沉降池和漂浮物清理池之间，把沉降池和漂浮物清理池隔成大、小两部分，使用时隔离栅上缘稍低于沉降池的水面；所述漂浮物清理池使用时水位低于隔离栅上沿，池内的漂浮物定期清理。

本实用新型涉及污水净化处理工艺装置技术领域，具体涉及一种去除漂浮物的污水处理池。
背景技术
污水处理工艺就是对城市生活污水和工业废水的各种经济、合理、科学、行之有效的处理工艺方法。污水处理被广泛应用于建筑、农业,交通、能源、石化、环保、城市景观、医疗、餐饮等各个领域，也越来越多地走进寻常百姓的日常生活。
现有污水工艺有很多，但是都有结构相对复杂、建造投资较大、维护使用成本高的缺点。比较典型的是：先通过粗格栅的原污水经过污水提升泵提升后，经过格栅或者砂滤器，之后进入沉砂池，经过砂水分离的污水进入初次沉淀池，以上为一级处理(即物理处理)，初沉池的出水进入生物处理设备，有活性污泥法和生物膜法，(其中活性污泥法的反应器有曝气池，氧化沟等，生物膜法包括生物滤池、生物转盘、生物接触氧化法和生物流化床)，生物处理设备的出水进入二次沉淀池，二沉池的出水经过消毒排放或者进入三级处理，一级处理结束到此为二级处理，三级处理包括生物脱氮除磷法，混凝沉淀法，砂滤法，活性炭吸附法，离子交换法和电渗析法。二沉池的污泥一部分回流至初次沉淀池或者生物处理设备，一部分进入污泥浓缩池，之后进入污泥消化池，经过脱水和干燥设备后，污泥被最后利用。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单，专门针对水中具有漂浮污染物的污水处理池。

一种去除漂浮物的污水处理池，包括沉降池，沉降池相接设置有漂浮物清理池，隔离栅位于沉降池和漂浮物清理池之间，沉降池内设置有污水进水管，进水管对面下部设有带滤网的出水管。
所述隔离栅位于沉降池和漂浮物清理池之间，隔离栅上缘稍低于沉降池的水面。所述漂浮物清理池底部安装有带滤网的排水管。

该去除漂浮物的污水处理池针对性强，容易操作，结构简单，建造维护成本低的优点。适合产生污水中只含有漂浮污染物如塑料粉末、橡胶粉末、轻质油类和其它轻质有机化工液体的小型、微型企业使用。

参见图1,一种去除漂浮物的污水处理池，包括沉降池1，隔离栅2和漂浮物清理池3，沉降池中部引入污水进水管4，进水管对面下部设有带滤网的出水管5。
漂浮物清理池3底部安装带滤网的污水排水管6。所述沉降池1为较大面积水池，可以使流入的污水稳定分层，上层漂浮物经过隔离栅2的上沿流入漂浮物清理池3，底层极少量的沉降物沉入池底，池底定期清理；所述隔离栅2位于沉降池1和漂浮物清理池3之间，把沉降池1和漂浮物清理池3隔成大、小两部分，使用时隔离栅2上缘稍低于沉降池1的水面；所述漂浮物清理池3使用时水位低于隔离栅2上沿，池面积较小，方便池内的漂浮物定期取出、清理。
该去除漂浮物的污水处理池针对性强，容易操作，结构简单，建造维护成本低的优点。适合产生污水中只含有漂浮污染物如塑料粉末、橡胶粉末、轻质油类和其它轻质有机化工液体的小型、微型企业使用。

1.一种去除漂浮物的污水处理池，其特征在于：包括沉降池（1），沉降池（1）相接设置有漂浮物清理池（3），隔离栅（2）位于沉降池和漂浮物清理池之间，沉降池（1）内设置有污水进水管（4），进水管（4）对面下部设有带滤网的出水管（5）。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的去除漂浮物的污水处理池，其特征在于：所述沉降池（1）中部引入污水进水管（4），进水管对面下部设有带滤网的出水管（5）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的去除漂浮物的污水处理池，其特征在于：所述漂浮物清理池（3）底部安装有带滤网的排水管（6）。
4.根据权利要求1所述的去除漂浮物的污水处理池，其特征在于：所述隔离栅（2）位于沉降池（1）和漂浮物清理池（3）之间，隔离栅上缘稍低于沉降池的水面。
