背景技术
在电力施工过程中，常常需要滑轮放线，而现有的商品滑轮主体部分的滑轮中轴采用圆球球架滚动摩擦，耐磨程度不高。极易损坏，小型号的又不适合大导线，大型号的重量大，成本又高，况且现有的商品滑轮轮槽窄，偶遇导线接头还不易顺利通过；商品滑轮均为吊式钩挂，处置绑扎导线时需要人工由下而上用肩膀扛至横担上方导线直瓶上，既费时费力，又增加了不安全因素。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术不足，提供一种结构简单，省时省力，安全可靠的杆上放线滑轮。
本实用新型解决技术问题采用的技术方案是：杆上放线滑轮包括滑轮、滑轮轴、滑轮轴紧固螺母、紧固螺母、紧固螺栓，其特点是滑轮活动套装在滑轮轴上，滑轮轴用滑轮轴紧固螺母锁紧固定在滑轮轴架上，滑轮轴架下端固定连接横担滑架，横担滑架下端装有紧固螺栓和紧固螺母。
本实用新型的有益效果是：杆上放线滑轮结构简单、成本低、使用方便、安全可靠、经济耐用，可以适应各种在截面导线的放线，并且可插入横担垂直孔中备用，处置绑接导线时可直接迁移至导线直瓶即可。

具体实施方式
实施例，参照附图1、2，杆上放线滑轮的滑轮1活动套装在滑轮轴2上，滑轮轴2用滑轮紧固螺母3锁紧固定在滑轮轴架4上，滑轮轴架4下端固定连接横担滑架5，横担滑架5下端装有紧固螺栓6和紧固螺母7。
杆上放线滑轮的使用方法是：在非放线使用时，卸去杆上放线滑轮的横担滑架5下端的紧固螺栓6和紧固螺母7，将其插入横担的垂直孔中备用，放线时将杆上放线滑轮的横担滑架5活动套装在横担上用紧固螺栓6和紧固螺母7限位，杆上放线滑轮就可以在横担上滑动实施放线，杆上放线滑轮可以适应各种截面导线的放线应用。
