[0002] 在以往绿化风光带的道路设计中,存在着小道无排水系统,小道面层为透水混凝土,而底层为不透水的水泥混凝土结构,两旁的路沿设计也是不透水结构,从而使透水面层成为一个湿地,在下雨时水就积聚在透水混凝土面层中,使透水混凝土很快出现掉色、脱粒、开裂等损坏现象。这是因为雨水不能渗透的原因所造成的,这是一个不能使用透水混凝土的设计结构。
发明内容
[0003] 为了克服上述不足,本实用新型对绿化带或人行道的透水道路进行新的结构设计,既在透水路面层以下、水泥混凝土底层两侧设计大孔隙率透水混凝土排水沟,排水沟由道路两侧延伸到道路两旁的绿化原土层或排水沟。
[0004] 带侧排水沟的透水路面由透水路面层、路沿、水泥混凝土底层、大孔隙率透水混凝土排水沟、级配碎石层构成。透水路面层处在道路表层中央,路沿铺设在透水路面层两侧边,透水路面层、路沿铺设在水泥混凝土底层上,级配碎石层处在原土层和水泥混凝土底层之间。大孔隙率透水混凝土排水沟设置在透水路面层和路沿的下方,水泥混凝土底层的两侧边,并延伸到道路两旁的绿化带原土层或排水沟。

[0011] 在图1的实施例中,无排水系统的透水道路由透水路面层1、路沿2、水泥混凝土底层3、级配碎石层4构成,级配碎石层4铺设在原土层5上,水泥混凝土底层3铺设在级配碎石层4上,透水路面层I铺设在水泥混凝土底层3上,路沿2铺设在透水路面层I两侧边。[0012] 图1实施例设计结构的弊端在于:雨或其他水落到透水路面层I时,水虽能通过透水路面层I向下渗透,但下渗的水被不具备透水功能的水泥混凝土底层3和路沿2阻隔无法排泄,积蓄在透水路面层I。水继续注入时,透水路面层I便成了水池,久之,透水路面层I很快会出现掉色、脱粒、开裂等损坏现象。

[0014] 具体实施时,将原土层5夯实,填上级配碎石层4后,在级配碎石层4上铺设水泥混凝土底层3时,该层的两侧边留有适配于透水路面层I宽度的槽沟,于水泥混凝土底层3终凝前,在槽沟内填入大孔隙率透水混凝土,形成大孔隙率透水混凝土排水沟6,该排水沟向路沿2下方延伸后直至绿化带原土层5或道路两侧的排水沟。
[0015] 当雨天或其他原因水进到透水路面层I时,水经透水路面层I的空隙向水泥混凝土底层3方向渗入,因水泥混凝土底层3是非透水底层,水的渗透被阻隔;靠近透水路面层I两侧边的积蓄水首先向大孔隙率透水混凝土排水沟6渗流,透水路面层I中央的积蓄水向两侧边补充,直到绿化带原土层5或`排水沟,有效解除了透水路面层I的湿地式积水。
