背景技术
目前我国沼气工程中常用的沼气净化处理系统是由现场安装脱硫器、脱水器和阻火器组成；现场安装操作工序不标准，占用人力物力，使得沼气工程施工过程复杂，工期延长，成本高，阻碍了沼气行业的发展。
简化施工工艺，提高施工效率，缩短施工周期，降低施工成本，是沼气工程施工行业的迫切需求，变工程施工为设备安装是沼气行业发展的趋势，加快工业化进程是新能源行业发展的需求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种移动集箱式沼气处理器，安装快速方便，可以减少现场施工周期，节省人力成本。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：移动集箱式沼气处理器，包括集装箱，集装箱内通过管道连接依次设有脱水器、脱硫器、沼气流量计、阻火器、增压风机，脱水器与进气管道连接，增压风机输出口通过管道与出气管道连接。
进气管道上设有负压保护器和正压保护器。
集装箱侧面设有门、窗户、沼气流量计玻璃观察口、压力表玻璃观察口，集装箱两端设有沼气进气管道孔和沼气出气管道孔，集装箱顶面为活盖板。
本实用新型结构简单、功能实用，设备运输至现场后只需进行简单的输入端和输出端管道连接即可完成安装，可以减少现场施工周期，节省人力成本。

实施例：如图1-4所示，移动集箱式沼气处理器，包括集装箱，集装箱内通过管道连接依次设有脱水器3、脱硫器4、沼气流量计5、阻火器6、增压风机7，脱水器3与进气管道16连接，增压风机7输出口通过管道与出气管道17连接。进气管道16上设有负压保护器2和正压保护器1。集装箱侧面设有门8、窗户11、沼气流量计玻璃观察口12、压力表玻璃观察口10、13，集装箱两端设有沼气进气管道孔9和沼气出气管道孔14，集装箱顶面为活盖板15。
本实用新型连接安装在车间内完成，可以使产品标准化、规模化生产，组成可移动的集装箱式的沼气净化增压处理设备。

1.移动集箱式沼气处理器，其特征在于：包括集装箱，集装箱内通过管道连接依次设有脱水器、脱硫器、沼气流量计、阻火器、增压风机，脱水器与进气管道连接，增压风机输出口通过管道与出气管道连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的移动集箱式沼气处理器，其特征在于：进气管道上设有负压保护器和正压保护器。
