为了合理利用餐桌的有效面积，本发明提供一种填隙式酱醋碟，其特征在于碟子造型象一个平放的犁铧，碟尖的两条夹边向内凹进，碟子的尾端呈扇面形向后凸出，碟子可填插于摆放在餐桌边沿的两个菜碟的犁铧形空档中。
本发明用如下方法实施：用制造瓷器的材料和工艺制作碟子，碟子的俯视面象一个平放的犁铧，碟尖的两条夹边呈弧形向内凹进，碟子的尾端呈扇面形向后凸出，碟壁高约2-3cm，跟碟子底面垂直。本发明的有益用途是，碟子能够嵌置于摆放在餐桌边沿的每两个菜碟间的犁铧形空档中，不占用有效桌面又方便应用。

具体实施方式：
餐桌上陈放好菜碟后，将填隙式酱醋碟从碟尖4端嵌插进摆放于餐桌边沿的两个菜碟间的犁铧形空档中，使碟子左右壁2挨着两旁的菜碟，碟子后壁1不可挂悬在餐桌边沿外。
