变电站防水散热箱体,箱体由底板、墙板、前门和内顶板和外斜顶组成,在墙板和前门下部安装有进风窗,在内顶板上安装有风机,在进风窗上安装有隔条,位于外斜顶下方的内顶板边沿凸出在墙板外,在内顶板凸出墙板外的边沿上,开有向下的排风口;在进风窗上安装的隔条,前端向上倾斜,后端向下弯折,呈斜勾形状。由于将排风口设计在顶板的外凸边上,箱体的外斜顶保留整体结构,防水功能大大增强;当风机向上吹出散热风时,气流吹过斜顶板,不仅可以使箱体内变电设备散发的热量快速排出,还可以使斜顶的温度得到快速降低;由于进风窗上安装的隔条呈斜勾形状,地面飞溅的水花进入隔条斜缝时,隔条后端的弯折能阻挡住水花,防止水花飞溅到变电设备上。

本实用新型属于输变电设备技术领域,涉及一种变电站防水散热箱体。
背景技术
在高压输电线路中,向用户供电的变电站很多安装在户外,变电站外装防水、防晒的箱体,由于变电站在工作时会产生大量热量,热量需要即时排出箱体外,因此在箱体上设计有通风散热系统,箱体一般由底板、墙板、前门、内顶板和外斜顶组成,散热系统由安装在墙板和前门下部的进风窗、安装在内顶板上的风机和顶出风窗组成,在外斜顶上设计有凸台,顶出风窗安装在凸台的侧面,在侧进风窗上安装有向上倾斜的隔条。由于顶出风窗结构复杂,这种箱体制造成本相对较高;由于侧进风窗上的隔条倾斜向上,从地面溅起的水花容易沿隔条的斜缝飞溅到箱体内变电设备的机身上。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中,变电站箱体顶出风窗结构复杂、水花容易飞溅到箱体内变电设备上的问题,本实用新型提供一种变电站防水散热箱体,箱体由底板、墙板、前门和内顶板和外斜顶组成,在墙板和前门下部安装有进风窗,在内顶板上安装有风机,在进风窗上安装有隔条,位于外斜顶下方的内顶板边沿凸出在墙板外,在内顶板凸出墙板外的边沿上,开有向下的排风口。
在进风窗上安装的隔条,前端向上倾斜,后端向下弯折,呈斜勾形状。
采用上述技术方案,将排风口设计在顶板的外凸边上,箱体的外斜顶保留整体结构,防水功能大大增强;当风机向上吹出散热风时,气流在碰到斜顶板后沿斜顶板向两侧流动,最后由排风口排出,不仅可以使箱体内变电设备散发的热量快速排出,还可以使斜顶上因太阳照射升高的温度得到快速降低,因此整个箱体的散热效果较好。
由于进风窗上安装的隔条呈斜勾形状,从地面溅起的水花飞溅入隔条的斜缝时,隔条后端的弯折能阻挡住水花,有效防止水花飞溅到变电设备上,箱体的防水效果进一步增强。

实施例:如图1所示,变电站防水散热箱体,箱体由底板1、墙板8、前门4和内顶板5和外斜顶6组成,在墙板8和前门4下部安装有进风窗3,在内顶板上安装有风机7,在进风窗上安装有隔条2,位于外斜顶下方的内顶板边沿凸出在墙板外,在内顶板凸出墙板外的边沿上,开有向下的排风口9;在进风窗上安装的隔条2,前端向上倾斜,后端向下弯折,呈斜勾形状。

1.变电站防水散热箱体,箱体由底板(1)、墙板(8)、前门(4)和内顶板(5)和外斜顶(6)组成,在墙板(8)和前门(4)下部安装有进风窗(3),在内顶板(5)上安装有风机(7),在进风窗(3)上安装有隔条(2),其特征是:位于外斜顶下方的内顶板边沿凸出在墙板外,在内顶板凸出墙板外的边沿上,开有向下的排风口(9)。
2.如权利要求1所述的变电站防水散热箱体,在进风窗上安装的隔条(2),前端向上倾斜,后端向下弯折,呈斜勾形状。
