目前,公知的龙门镗铣床平衡装置是由钢丝绳、滑轮和配重铁等组成,此种平衡装置需用配重铁较多,耗费钢材。为了龙门镗铣床造型美观,配重铁需要隐藏,因配重铁的尺寸较大,增大了龙门镗铣床的结构尺寸。在龙门镗铣床运行中,有时钢丝绳会发生扭转,使横梁和刀杆下行,造成车刀扎伤工件,影响工件质量。特别是断裂后砸坏工件、机床或导致人身安全事故。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种龙门镗铣床平衡装置,该装置有效地克服了现有的平衡装置结构尺寸较大和平衡不稳定的缺陷。它包括油缸、柱塞、密封导向装置、进油口。油缸固定在龙门铣大架底座上,柱塞顶部与横梁连接,进油口可通入一定压力的液压油产生推力,推动油缸中的柱塞上行顶紧横梁,使横梁产生反向的推力,使龙门镗铣床在各种工作状态下都能保持平衡。
龙门镗铣床的两端分别设有平衡装置。

实施例:根据附图1、2、3、4所示,1是平衡装置,2是横梁,3是龙门铣大架,4是横梁升降传动部分,5是龙门铣大架底座,1-1是油缸,1-2是柱塞,1-3是密封导向装置,1-4是进油口。平衡装置1分别设在龙门镗铣床的两端,龙门铣大架3固定在龙门铣大架底座5上,油缸1-1固定在龙门铣大架底座5上,柱塞1-2顶部与横梁2连接,进油口1-4可通入一定压力的液压油产生推力,推动油缸1-1中的柱塞1-2上行顶紧横梁2,使横梁2产生反向的推力,且横梁升降传动部分4拖动横梁2上下移动,使龙门镗铣床在各种工作状态下都能保持平衡。

1.一种龙门镗铣床平衡装置,它包括油缸(1-1),柱塞(1-2),密封导向装置(1-3),进油口(1-4),其特征在于油缸(1-1)固定在龙门铣大架底座(5)上,柱塞(1-2)顶部与横梁(2)连接,进油口(1-4)可通入一定压力的液压油产生推力,推动油缸(1-1)中的柱塞(1-2)上行顶紧横梁(2),使横梁(2)产生反向的推力,使龙门镗铣床在各种工作状态下都能保持平衡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的龙门镗铣床平衡装置,其特征在于龙门镗铣床的两端分别设有平衡装置(1)。
