本实用新型公开了一种涂料生产车间的粉尘回收装置,包括至少一个粉尘收集罩,粉尘收集罩通过回收管道与一旋风分离器相连,旋风分离器的排尘口上连接有集尘桶,旋风分离器的排气口与排气管道相连,每一粉尘收集罩上设有一风机。本实用新型具有结构简单、除尘效果好、安全环保的优点,通过风机将粉尘由粉尘收集罩抽入回收管道,经过旋风分离器,将粉尘回收,气体通过排气管道排出,如此有利于改善车间工作环境,减少清洁的工作量,降低职业病的发生。

本实用新型涉及一种涂料生产车间的粉尘回收装置。 
背景技术
在涂料的生产过程中,需要将多种液态原料、粉末原料按一定的配比投入到反应釜中,经过化学反应后产出涂料产品,而在将原料投入到反应釜的过程中,粉末原料中的小部分会漫飞,使生产车间内的空气中存在较多的原料粉尘,这些原料粉尘不仅会污染车间环境,增加清洁的工作量,而且会对人体造成伤害,导致职业病。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述已有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单,除尘效果好的用于涂料生产车间的粉尘回收装置。 
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种涂料生产车间的粉尘回收装置,其特征在于:该粉尘回收装置包括至少一个粉尘收集罩,粉尘收集罩通过回收管道与一旋风分离器相连,旋风分离器的排尘口上连接有集尘桶,旋风分离器的排气口与排气管道相连,每一粉尘收集罩上设有一风机。 
所述粉尘收集罩呈开口朝下的漏斗状。 
所述粉尘收集罩设有五个。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:具有结构简单、除尘效果好、安全环保的优点,通过风机将粉尘由粉尘收集罩抽入回收管道,经过旋风分离器,将粉尘回收,气体通过排气管道排出,如此有利于改善车间工作环境,减少清洁的工作量,降低职业病的发生。

如图1所示,本实用新型一种涂料生产车间的粉尘回收装置,包括至少一个粉尘收集罩1,粉尘收集罩1通过回收管道2与一旋风分离器3相连,旋风分离器的排尘口31上连接有集尘桶4,旋风分离器的排气口32与排气管道5相连,每一粉尘收集罩1上设有一风机6。 
本实施例中,粉尘收集罩1呈开口朝下的漏斗状,如此设计有利于粉尘的收集。同时粉尘收集罩设有五个,粉尘收集罩的设置个数可根据实际需要设置,具体可根据生产车间内反应釜及其他需要回收粉尘点的个数而定。
