一种CCFL路灯
技术领域
本实用新型涉及路灯领域,具体是指一种采用CCFL灯管的路灯。 
背景技术
冷阴极荧光灯管(Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp),简称CCFL,其具有高亮度、高功效、低功耗及体积小、重量轻、发热小的特点,且CCFL灯能在低温时快速启动、色温控制准确、有良好的耐震动性、以及易加工成各种形状(直管形、L形、U型、环形等),装饰性强。因此,CCFL应用于很多领域,例如作为背光源应用于各种液晶显示屏,还可用于广告灯箱、装饰照明,办公自动化设备,高档酒店、会所等装饰性光源。但是未见在路灯方面的应用。 
现有路灯一般采用金属卤化物灯管或LED灯,这些灯寿命短,且发热量大,因此在灯具上设计时需充分考虑其散热要求,尤其是LED灯,出于散热考虑功率不能做得很大,灯具结构设计繁琐,成本高。 
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明需解决的问题是提供一种结构设计简单、成本低、低能耗、寿命长的路灯。 
为解决上述问题,本实用新型采取的技术方案为:一种CCFL路灯,包括上壳体及扣合于上壳体上的下壳体,上壳体内安装有反光板、CCFL发光灯管、升压式驱动电路。所述上壳体底部中心位置设有安装孔,灯管的驱动安装槽与安装孔相连。上壳体与下壳体之间用硅胶密封,用压条固定。 
优选地,上述路灯最好用性能好、低能耗、长寿命的光源,这是因为节能,并省去了大量的安装及维修费用。 
为了本实用新型的光照效果,在上壳体粘有反光板,反光板是由4mm厚度镜面铝板加工成圆形小凸泡,凸泡高度0.4mm,各小凸泡间距为0.8mm。 
为了加强本实用新型的防水性能,所述上壳体及扣合于上壳体上的下壳体之间装有环保硅胶密封圈,用压条固定,驱动电路全部用密封硅胶灌注。 
为了加强本实用新型的低能耗,采用升压式驱动电路,将路灯电源交流式电通过驱动电路输入,经整流区变换为直流电,经有源PF,再经过振荡区,然后经升压区升压,最后输出,电路输出电压增高输出电流低,功率因数大。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具备如下优点: 
1.本实用新型采用CCFL灯管,使之低能耗、长寿命。 
2.采用升压式驱动电路,功率因数大,输出电流低,能量消耗低。 
3.本实用新型采用4毫米厚度镜面铝板加工成圆形小凸泡反光,形成漫反射,光照效果与众不同。 
4.本实用新型采用环保硅胶密封,防水性能好,无污染。 
5.本实用新型的升压式驱动电路装在上壳体内,安全可靠。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员理解,下面结合附图以及实施例对本实用新型作进一步的详细说描述。 
如图1所示,本实用新型所述路灯包括上壳体(1)、下壳体(2)、CCFL发光灯管(3)、反光板(4)及升压式驱动电路。下壳体(2)扣合于上壳体(1)上组成路灯的外壳,反光板(4)粘于上壳体(1)内,CCFL发光灯管(3)安装于反光板(4)上,上壳体(1)与下壳 体(2)通过压条(5)固定。 
如图2所示本实施例中所述路灯用CCFL光源,CCFL光源包括电极(7)和灯玻璃管(8),电极(7)规格∮15*L65mm,灯玻璃管(8)规格∮6mm,发光尺寸为7250mm。 
如图3所示,本实用新型路灯所用反光板采用镜面铝板加工成圆形小凸泡(9),形成漫反射。 
为方便安装,在上壳体(1)底部中心位设有安装孔(10),便于安装,CCFL发光灯管的驱动安装槽(11)与安装孔(10)相连,路灯输入线从安装孔(10)内出入,如图4图5所示。 
如图6所示,本实用新型升压式驱动电路将路灯电源交流式电通过驱动电路输入(12),经整流区(13)、有源PF(14),再经过振荡区(15),然后经升压区(16)升压,最后输出(17),输出电流低,功率因数大;升压式驱动电路中有源PF(14),PF值在0.95以上,能源利用率高,能量耗费低。

1.一种CCFL路灯,包括上壳体(1)及扣合于上壳体上的下壳体(2),其特征在于:上壳体内安装有CCFL发光灯管(3)、反光板(4)及升压式驱动电路。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种CCFL路灯,其特征在于:反光板(4)由镜面铝板加工成圆形小凸泡。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种CCFL路灯,其特征在于:上壳体与下壳体之间用硅胶密封,用压条(5)固定。 
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种CCFL路灯,其特征在于:CCFL发光灯管由六毫米灯玻璃管及十五毫米电极构成。 
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种CCFL路灯,其特征在于:所述上壳体底部中心位置设有安装孔(10)。 
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种CCFL路灯,其特征在于:升压式驱动电路将路灯电源交流式电通过驱动电路输入(12),经整流区(13)、有源PF(14),再经过振荡区(15),然后经升压区(16)升压,最后输出(17),功率因数大,输出电流低。
