背景技术
壁纸涂布机传统加浆料为手工加装，以人眼感觉判断浆料需求情况，然后启动浆料泵，并由人工判断停止浆料泵工作。其缺点一是全依靠人的感觉判断需求进行给料，准确度不够，另一方面因浆料槽中的浆料自重，对涂布层有影响，会出现厚薄不均的情况，对于高精度要求的壁纸涂布，直接影响壁纸涂布后的发泡质量。

本实用新型提供一种全自动加浆，并使浆料槽内的浆料始终保持一定高度的壁纸涂布机自动加浆装置。

如图1所示，一种壁纸涂布机自动加浆装置，包括胶水桶1和胶水槽2。胶水桶1内设有泵3，泵3与电磁阀4连接，电磁阀4与可编程逻辑控制器PLC5连接，可编程逻辑控制器PLC5与液面检测光电6相连接，液面检测光电6设置于胶水槽2内。
本实用新型在胶水槽2上方置一可见光电眼作为液面检测光电6，实时检测胶水槽2内的浆料面，并由可编程逻辑控制器PLC5将信号传递给电磁阀4来指令泵3的运行和停止，以实现全自动加浆，并使胶水槽2内的浆料始终保持一定高度。
